Overall, my stay was okay, but there are a few areas that could definitely use improvement.
Check-in took much longer than expected due to there being only one front desk employee assisting multiple guests, with no additional support. During busy periods, it would have been helpful if a manager or additional staff member had stepped in to assist, as the employee appeared overwhelmed and was doing his best on his own.
I do want to give a special shoutout to the breakfast attendant—she was wonderful. She was friendly and truly made guests feel welcomed in the morning. Her positive attitude stood out and was a highlight of the stay.
Another concern was snow removal, particularly in the parking area in front of the rooms. Snowbanks were piled throughout the area, making it difficult to see where to park or to park properly at all. More thorough snow clearing would greatly improve safety and convenience for guests, especially during winter conditions.
With better front desk support during peak times and improved snow removal, this hotel could offer a much smoother guest experience.
