The staff singed me in at 2am I was very gratefully!!

We loved staying here! The room was great and the fact that they provided a free breakfast, with a variety of options, added great value! We accidentally dropped our car keys while leaving. They were right on it and called us to confirm they were ours! They went above and beyond and we will definitely be back!!

All things were great. I do wish breakfast opened half an hour earlier. There was often no seats as everyone was waiting for 7am when it opened.

Although due to unforseen circumstances wecwere not ablevto stay at the hotel, the hitel staff, Patricia in particular, was absolutely AMAZING! Absolutely went above and beyond and the next time i need a place to stay in Chilliwack, thiscwill be my forst choice!!

Over all everything was good, We did have one issue with the night front staff when my husband was checking in. She started to yell at him saying there were no available rooms and asked what he was even doing there.. even though we had a reservation. She didn’t even ask him if he had a reservation, just straight to yelling that there was no rooms. Other than that one staff member being completely rude everything else was great.

Room

This hotel had the worst Wi-Fi of any hotel I’ve been to. It would work for 10 minutes and turn off and I would have to reset my device and it would work for 20 minutes and turn off and it did this for four hours that I was there.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, pretty complete breakfast choices. I wasn’t really a fan of the egg “patties” but there was also sausage and pancakes and 3 different pre-packaged muffins (blueberry, banana nut and chocolate) which were very good. They also had good options for filling water bottles, even large ones. I’ve stayed a few times and would definitely stay again!

Filling breakfast both hot and cold offerings. Breakfast staff very efficient, hospitable, clean tables, well stocked with options. Evening staff member at check-in was wonderful. Smooth checkin , very informative of amenities, etc.

Great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable, the only exception was the pull out bed which was unbearable. Breakfast was good although the food area was congested because of the placement of the pancake maker. Staff where friendly and helpful.

Great spot for families

The outside has been updated. I just can’t get over the musty smell from old carpets. Everything was clean and tidy but the carpets need to go.
