Clean room

Clean nice room but you could hear everything from outside of the room. The doors were too thin.

Great room, great hotel, great location. Yes a little bit more expensive than others but worth it. The only slightly down side was the ‘optional’ service charge at the end. I appreciate it goes to the staff but mentioning the door man, who did literally nothing during our stay. Actually he did talk to the concierge and to somebody with a dog outside the main entrance. I’m sure the hotel would run fine without them.

Lovely hotel, had to remind the reception when in the room for our sofa bed to be made and no towels.

Staff was fantastic. Room was amazing, clean and spacious. Restaurant dinner was amazing. Only thing I would skip would be the breakfast.

We had a lovely three night stay at The Francis Hotel. The hotel is situated in an ideal spot for shopping , bars and restaurants. Our room was well equipped and tastefully furnished.

We had the most wonderful stay. I would say 5*! Fabulous decor, excellent facilities and lovely breakfast. Staff so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great location to explore Bath too. Can’t wait to visit ahain!

Great stay, beautiful clean hotel and lovely staff.

Double bed was small and bathroom bigger than the bedroom. Not a good size bed if one of you is on the plus size.

Clean and comfortable room. Hotel is a lovely blend of vintage and modern. Amazing service across the hotel. Superb cocktails! Absolutely recommend for a lovely weekend in Bath.

Would benefit from a plate warmer Highly recommend recommended to cut the watermelon much thicker.
