A wonderful visit! We couldn’t fault this hotel for location, service, comfort and value. The hotel itself self is at the centre of Windsor, and everything is walkable. Reception was ever so accommodating, handling our requests and the service interactions throughout of stay were highly professional and warm. We were travelling with two children, who were made to feel incredibly welcome with colouring and balloons, the interconnecting rooms were the perfect size and arrangement, offering great comfort. A great stay, thank you!

Luxury hotel on high street in close proximity to the castle, shops, and restaurants. Staff were friendly and the morning breakfast service was quite nice. Rooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. I think my only complaint would be the air in the rooms was quite dry at night. Nothing horrible but a bit more humidity would have been nice.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the very reasonable rates. An outstanding value for money. The room was spacious and impeccably appointed, featuring an exceptionally comfortable king-size bed with soft, high-quality pillows. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a truly relaxing stay. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and welcoming. This will undoubtedly be our hotel of choice whenever we return to Windsor.

We came here for christmas. We felt at home in a second. Especially the staff was absolutly lovely. They took very much care of us. The room had plenty of little christmas surprises, especially one for our daughter. She didnt want to leave the room anymore. We even had a small christmas tree. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

Quaint hotel with 5-Star service and atmosphere. Efficient layout that was workable in the available space, didn't feel cramped. Only down side was the time to draw hot water, especially at the sink, but even in the shower. However, once it got hot, it was very hot. Complimentary breakfast buffet was of high caliber. A pot of coffee or tea was served at your table upon being seated. Food selection included: juices, fruited waters, dry cereal and milk, fresh fruit, mini croissants (plain and chocolate), assortment of fresh bread baguettes and sliced bread, selection of jams, butter, sliced fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, sliced meats, sausage, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and scrambled eggs. We were informed that if a different form of cooked egg was preferred (fried, poached, boiled, etc) to ask the wait-staff at no charge.
