Recommending it

Horrible experience from start to finish. No one ever answered the phone. I called from my cell and room and they only anseees in a timely manner once out of like 6 times. The room doesn't have central air. These is a fake AC controller on the wall....I'm guessing for the photos...but this is just like a less expensive hotel with a more expensive brand name. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is old school bathtub/shower combo. Zero counter space in the bathroom for you to store your things unless you want it right above the toilet. Check in was horrible. Nor nexiass they were doing manual check in but because once that was complete they simply handed me my key. No welcome, no information share about the property and timing of room service and restaurant. No apology when I brought this up to them after realizing room service ended 4 min before I went to submit my order. My stay included a breakfast The fact that I would need a voucher if I purchased was never mentioned. I understand that perhaps this was not visible during a manual check in process but the possibility of this being the case should've been known to exist and I should've been informed that if I did have breakfast included I should come down once the systems were back up so I could get a voucher. These ppl did not care. Did not been give me a cookie with check in.

Clean room. Great staff. Location is a bit far off (~ 10 - 15 mins drive) from YYZ but the airport shuttle is a life saver. and that too they operate 24 x 7. We were staying only for the night and hence did not get to try out any of the amenities like the bar, hotels and gyms.

This property has everything you need for a comfortable trip, especially as a solo traveller. Great location, gym, pool, free airport shuttle that runs 24hrs for those later check in times and the staff offered helpful tips when asked about commuting to different areas. The rooms have shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion, if you forgot any of those items, as well as a an iron, ironing board and fridge and microwave to store and heat up those leftovers. All in all it was a comfortable and pleasurable stay.

The night shift front desk attendant wasn't very welcoming during check-in. He just handed me the keys and did not said a single word. I saw the morning staff checking in clients. Giving them necessary information, handing over cookies(mentioned in their website, every welcome with warm cookie). It's not about cookie, it's more about how they treat you differently. Never going to any Hilton

Staff is excellent! Bar is good! Rooms are clean! Beds are comfortable!

The price is not correct. It supposed to be $140 but end up got charged $158

The pool was smell so bad and I couldn’t swim. And I booked this hotel because there is pool as an option.

Property staff outstanding!

The property was ok. We were told to go to S5 at terminal 1 for a shuttle. No shuttles came. I called the hotel multiple times to find out where to go. I finally asked a security guard and he directed us to the next floor up. I kept calling and talked to the shuttle driver 3 times. We finally got to the hotel 1.5 hrs later. I would not stay there again.
