Clean tidy friendly courtesy

Overall the hotel was clean. The elevator was down for two days. The breakfast was not very good at all, very limited selection and overpriced for what you got.

Enjoyed the breakfast layout

It was in a good location for my son’s football tournament. The pool and waterslide were fun for the kids.

The room was super clean and it was great that I’ve had a balcony. We stayed on the third floor. Everything was very accessible. The only complaint I really had was that Expedia told us breakfast was included which it was not and the buffet was sort of expensive for mediocre food.

It would even better if you included breakfast

The room was nice and clean the balcony was a nice addition to the room. Pool was pretty dated though. The hot tub was only half full and not very warm, some of the jets were broken and not in use.

Hotel was amazing, front desk staff super helpful however the pool didn’t have any towels and the hot tub water was below the knees…

Staff was amazing at the front desk. Made us feel welcome and got us in the room a bit early after flying all day. One elevator was down to had to walk to other end of hotel to get to our room. Room was nice but needs a bit of updating and repairs in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and slept well. Was quiet and great location

The staff went above and beyond when things were not going well with our original booking! They were very friendly and accommodating! I would never stay at any other 4 points than this one! Mellisa was the most amazing human being! The staff and Mellisa were so great it was literally like you were walking into the home of a best friend and they laid out the red carpet for you ! ♥️

Large bathroom

Dirty and dated . Payed 365$ for one night, for that price you expect a nice stay. -bath tub didn’t look like it was cleaned -regular maintenance of the building did not look like it was being kept. - breakfast that is free every where else they charge 17$ for an adult

I asked for a quiet room far from the elevators. I got a room right close to the elevators…that had a loud door close by to the parking area that opened and closed all night. I did not find the room very clean, Was really disappointed by the fact that for $400 a night in Calgary….this is the standard of a Sheraton hotel? I won’t be staying here again, and I don’t recommend you do either.

Elevator shaky noise door took a few times to reprogram but grateful for very late checkin and checkout

Check in staff was awesome and very accommodating!

Staff and rooms were good. The waterslide was broken and repaired multiple times so should habe been monitored but there was a chip at the bottom missing that cut my foot and my sons lip where it had been patched multiple times.
