My husband and I loved our two nights here! We were able to check in a little early, and Antonio (Toni) at the desk was delightful. The coupons for local eateries and free rides on the Roam bus were much appreciated. The room was nice (and quiet, despite being by the road and above the garage) and we enjoyed the very large hot pool. The walk to "downtown" is around 10 minutes, but wasn't a problem for us. And we also loved the free underground parking -- we were able to use our own EV charger at one of the many outlets. Definitely recommend staying here.

It's a little far from downtown. But nice clean and quiet room

The hotel is dated - it’s been here forever. Room is clean, bed is VERY comfortable, but pillows were quite hard. Washroom is newer and well maintained. Our superior room had NO A/C - luckily it was cold and we had a fan. Be mindful during warmer times.

The room was cleaned and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Keg must try with a mesmerizing view of the mountain.

I liked the free spa in the basement.

Very convenient location

Loves it all. And the underground parking included in the stay also the free bus pass that’s takes pretty well anywhere you want to go. The keg was a nice addition also. Didn’t have to leave the hotel to have a great meal. Would stay there again

The room was a little strange being half a corner room, therefore triangular, but it was ok. The pillows were awful and so fat that we had to use towels to get to sleep. The bar and restaurant were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna and spa were lovely after a busy day. When we got back after 5.00pm our room had not been attended to, despite them being outside the room when we left the hotel. When we queried it, it was sorted quickly.
