Very clean, helpful staff, absolutely excellent restaurant, very atypical in my experience, very nice pool, and very close to Monte Carlo and Port Hercule with an excellent hourly free shuttle. Our only complaint, which I believe is normal for France, is the air-conditioning truly was barely adequate; do not expect a strong current in your room. However, neither was the room stifling. We had an excellent view of the port of Cap d’Ail. Overall, well worth the cost.

Hotel is very dated and needs updating

Staff were amazing especially Beatrice Pierre at the reception . She was extremely great and actually helped us with everything , the tourist highlights and transportation Marriott Shuttle service helped significantly in getting around . Overall very good stay !!

Breakfast menu was horrible and staff seemed annoyed. We didn’t stay to eat once. Only grabbed coffee and left. The driver of the shuttle was amazing though! So friendly! Everything else about the hotel was ok…

Room was excellent, very comfortable bed, overlooking harbour. Staff excellent and welcoming. Location ideal for attending football match at the Stade Louis stadium.

We missed flights due to illness. Tried to reschedule new dates through Expedia to stay at the property in springtime. No reply - only that computers went down. My friends stayed; they enjoyed their rooms and good times were had…. Not so much for me … No reply from management and even after many attempts from Expedia, room was cancelled but no refunds at all! No courtesy to change dates … I had to eat the cost and believe it or not, I’m a bonvoy member ! No love from Marriott at all!
