Long time to pick up my car

The room was terrible!! We asked and paid for a fallsview room. I also xalled a week before and requested to book a higher floor. But we got the lowest floor possible. With completely obstructed view because of treees

We stayed here for 3 nights, the king mattress was horrible it sunk in the middle. My daughter and I had horrible sleeps all three nights, we did complain about the bed and they sent people to fix it while we were out, but it still sunk in the middle when we slept on it. For the money you spend on rooms they should “replace mattress’s “ that are worn out. I have personally gotten to liking B&B’s over hotels!

Decided to spring for the extra cost to view both Horseshow and American Falls from our room with the added bonus of having a birdseye view of the nightly fire works display. We also had dinner at the Skylon Tower for a 360 degree view for dinner, something we had done exactly 25 years ago. Parking was a little expensive but was to be expected. Highly recommend to anyone that might have already did the Maid of The Mist boat ride and just looking to enjoy the view of the falls for as long as you desire.

Incredible views and an unforgettable stay We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa. The views of the falls were breathtaking and made the whole experience unforgettable. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming and perfectly located for enjoying everything Niagara Falls has to offer. We loved every moment and would definitely stay again.

It's just small things, the room was clean and comfortable, the bed was good, clean a comfortable mattress. Could have done with good size glasses only two very small glasses, the coffee maker was very small very basic. The TV was junk, had to load all the stations to it every time it was switched on, no movie channels very basic garbage channels, but it was a nice Hotel.

We just loved the location of this hotel! The staff was extremely patient and accommodating!

Recently stayed at the hotel for a few nights, and overall, my experience was delightful. The room was beautifully arranged, especially the seating area where I could relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. The towels were thick and clean, adding to my comfort. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the stunning scenery.
