Parking is at least a 5min walk away, and requires a $50 charge for self park or $70 for valet. Nothing special about the hotel and Starbucks costs at least 3x what it does anywhere else. They will rip you off!

We decided to splurge for one night to enjoy a room with a large window and beautiful view. Unfortunately, the weather was very foggy, so we didn’t get the clear view we were hoping for- but of course, that’s not the hotel’s fault. The hotel itself feels quite dated and in need of a refresh. Our room (an accessible room) showed noticeable wear and tear, with marks on the walls and areas that looked like old stains. Overall, it just felt like it could really use a facelift, which made the stay a bit less comfortable than expected. The pool area was nice- large pool and a properly hot hot tub, which we enjoyed. That said, even the pool area could benefit from some updating. It’s definitely on the expensive side, and it feels like you’re primarily paying for the view and location. With some renovations and modernization, it could be a much more enjoyable experience.

During our stay at Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa from February 21 to February 22 in Room 2030, we experienced several issues that significantly affected our comfort. The room was extremely cold and felt freezing throughout the night. We contacted reception twice regarding the temperature problem, and although a maintenance staff member attended and assured us it would be fixed within fifteen minutes, the issue was never resolved and the room remained cold overnight. Additionally, there were no complimentary water bottles provided, and the overall service and breakfast experience did not meet expectations. As these concerns were reported during our stay but remained unresolved, we would appreciate Expedia’s assistance in reviewing this matter and helping arrange an appropriate resolution or compensation.

Ac was not working - we called down but no one answered - we left as we had to go for dinner. When we got back the room was so hot but it was too late to call and we had to be up early for a cheer comp. valet was short staffed

Good room, modern, neat and clean. Parking is a real problem - main entrance gets clogged with people checking in/out and valets get testy. Real parking is a 10-12 minute walk from lobby to an outside lot which itself is quite full.
