This is a very busy spot that appears to be basecamp for lots of tours. There is a busy bar and restaurant featuring live music both nights we were there. Rooms were clean and well maintained and it was nice to have a small refrigerator in our room. Lovely grounds and bonus of plenty of free parking.

Very good experience, bar/restaurant was very good, breakfast was reasonably priced and good quality.

The room was very old and dirty. Had a terrible experience - the staff in the front was not professional and very rude. There is no A/C especially when the temperature is in the 30's. Never going there again.

Excellent more modernized hotel. We stayed at several different places during our trip and this one had the most amenities. Great on site restaurants and cafe. Staff were exceptionally friendly, especially at the the check-in time.

Great property, very convenient. Rooms are nice. Food was great. Loved the bars and’s it was so easy to get a taxi. Such a beautiful property.

It was a great location close to everything, breakfast was excellent as well as the restaurant. I would definitely recommend the hotel for further guests

Bunk bed room was a bit tight with the cot but didn't feel claustrophobic. Everything was spotless, staff very attentive, food lovely. Special mention for the lady managing the pool changing area - all areas were absolutely immaculately clean, she provided directions, helped me with the buggy - super service.

We loved the blackout curtains. What did not make us comfortable was leaving the grandchildren by themselves to watch movies at the kids club,without parental or grandparents and I didn’t think it was fair. They wanted us to leave the three year-old by herself to watch a movie without her sisters who were designated to go to a different room or her granny that was scary for her and us. That whole situation needs a rethink.

Solid spot for a night’s stay in Galway. Not too close to Galway things, but walkable.

Similar scenario as other hotels in Ireland. They are not family friendly. Swimming pools kick children out by 6 PM. Nightly rates are insanely expensive. I truly don’t understand the point of a Hotel swimming pools that don’t allow children to swim in the evening

They helped us stay to close to my dad who is in a wheelchair. Getting to the pool was a little confusing.

The carpets are old and the rooms are very outdated. No A/ C in the rooms, but they provide fans when we ask for. The staff was good.

No AC and dated interior.

Would not recommend staying at this property. I did find the staff extremely friendly and the first room we were given had been freshly painted and the odor was nauseating. The lobby furniture has stains all over it and the rooms are extremely dated.

We stayed three nights including breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Provided tea and coffee bar in room. The bathroom amenities were lovely. Took advantage of the fitness area - used the pool, steamroom and sauna. Heavenly after a long day exploring. They provided towels and the area was very well kept. Breakfast was great - lots of choices and friendly staff. Entertainment in the evening was a nice way to end the day.
