Breakfast, no marmalade, salted butter, fried bread, hash browns. Room decoration very tired, paper coming away from wall. Dent in wall like a fist/head. Door to room had been jemmied at some point, and the bed settee tired and uncomfortable. Large cobweb by the window overlooking the sea from the lounge even after telling reception staff it was still there when we checked out. 12.5% service charge not obvious on menu or the bill. Was this obligatory or discretionary. Staff though were charming. Bed was comfortable.

Perfectly located, lovely clean room, friendly staff and atmosphere. Spa facilities were great top.

Stayed here a few years before and we had to do an emergency evacuation midnight. There was a serious fire, Moved to the hotel next door. This time around Front desk staff were so amazing, each and every representative showed care and acted promptly I felt seen. The Restaurant staff, now that’s another story! Would I stay again? Maybe! I Would like to check out Brighton in the summer it does look fun.

Clean lovely room breakfast perfect central only complaint they need accessible showers walk in as my mum has disability hard for her to step in a bath apart from that lovely stay .

My husband and I had an excellent stay. We booked for one night but ended up staying an extra night because of the wonderful room (Junior Suite with sea view) we had the views were amazing and the room was spotless! Reception staff were beyond excellence! very very helpful. All other staff were brilliant too. (bar & restaurant)

Great Staff! wonderful service! only there for a single night and use the spa the next day before leaving the hotel. would highly recommend and use again. Location is perfect for the lanes, really good for shopping nightlife bars, drinks etc

Beautiful hotel but a bit pricey. Excellent location and very near restaurants and seafront view is superb. Will revommend.

Lovely hotel and well positioned to make the best of Brighton. Parking a bit steep but suspect that’s the norm for the city.
