The room was very clean and we slept very well but the hotel offered a pool but said it was closed. We paid alot of money for just a room for few hours. I also noticed the building needs upgrading, especially the carpets on the stairs. They were ripped and coming up. My son said the elevator didn't work either.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to high bacteria count and we were not impressed with that.

Clean friendly well maintained, for the price

The staff were great but I rented this place for the pool / hot tub and the pool /hot tub was not available in which I feel I should recieve some money back we should be notified of these thing before renting. I could have rented another place for way cheeper if I knew this was not available.

Staff was extremely nice. Only downfall was the main reason I booked that hotel was because of the pool for the grandchildren only to find out when we got there at the pool and hot tub. We’re not working. Breakfast was OK minus the wood cutlery real cutlery would’ve been nice and all paper plates not very environmentally friendly. But the pillows were amazingly good. I would love to find out where they get them and buy one or two. 😁 and the beds were quite comfortable.

Friendly Staff good breakfasts

We arrived late, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying. Did not have the time to explore the pool or hot tub.

The hotel itself was clean. The pool was shut down for the entirety of of our 5 day stay which was unfortunate as that was one main reason we booked there. Hot, continental breakfast every morning which was nice. The hotel is located next to a pretty run down "hotel"/trailer park which made it uncomfortable for us to walk around the area. Staff was nice and helpful.

The staff were fantastic, food was good, room was clean and comfy.

The pool was closed by Fraser Health Authority We had to change rooms due to the smell of the room. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower tap and shower head were detracted from the wall. There was no sound proofing.

Hot tub and pool were shut down due to contamination issues. No shower curtain. Door to bathroom was broken.

For the price we paid, it was very expensive No housekeeping for our 3 nights Wi-Fi wasn’t working too well/slow Pool closed Normally I don’t mind this but the price was expensive due to other events

The area surrounding the hotel is rather deteriorating, the city needs to address the problems of persons experiencing homelessness in this area
