Room was extremely small and dated needs major upgrades, sinks don’t drain, the flooring is peeling up.

Did a quick one night stay , worst stay ever . Let’s start with the smell , it was an old mop and rag being used over and over and it lingers . The bed was squeaky and unstable . I didn’t expect a 5 star hotel but for the price maybe a clean one would be nice . The staff overall are nice . The loud AC also didn’t help , the showers and tub were not ideal , definitely felt more dirty taking a shower there . Overall 1 star . Spend that extra $ to get some good sleep .

Breakfast quick and easy and kitchen is clean

Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was good although would have liked a healthier cereal choice. Room was adequate. One bed squeaked with any movement (staff was made aware). Hairdryer did not work. Sink area very confined. Bath tub was chipped and sink was cracked. Elevator did not work for the two days of our stay and as we wanted 2nd floor were unable to maneuver our luggage. Staff were very personable.

Did not have any parking on the property it was for also the sink did not work at all, so it was very hard to manage. We were only there for a day. They were not able to fix it within a day. I would never stay there again.

Entire property smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even in our non-smoking room.

Continental breakfast was good. Nice hotel. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Yes it was Pet friendly. My room wasn’t made up upon arrival and when I asked the housekeeping staff to leave some things outside of my door they didn’t and entered my room even though my privacy please sign was up.

Nice staff, clean room, fresh breakfast

Staff were welcoming on arrival. Although not their fault, the unhoused population who came through the doors and asked another staff person doing maintenance if there was a pop machine available made us question safety at this location as the maintenance person pointed them down the hall to the machine. Then then loitered in the parking lot for a bit. The clerk ensured us that the doors are locked at night. While we waited for an uber to pick us up out front another patron checking in advised that his vehicle was broken into the prior year at this hotel. Difficult situation and not the hotel's fault but securing access 24/7 until the situation is resolved would make us feel safer about choosing this location in the future. Most likely will stay somewhere else when needing accommodation in the area. The room was clean and quiet. We didn't take part in the continental breakfast offering but it appeared quite full when we left.
