Great location!

Excellent stay in every way

Everything was excellent

Would highly recommend. Staff and amenities are top-notch.

An architectural gem form the 60’s that unfortunately has suffered years of bad restoration and repairs. The lobby feels more like a subway station. The beautiful knoll furniture that they had in bars and rooms has disappeared and replaced by cheap copies. A total shame but the building is still amazing!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The gymnasium was well appointed. Unfortunately there is no high quality restaurant in the hotel. They Centro Castellano was first class but was closed down on 1 April. There is no longer a good restaurant to which to invite clients or friends. There is no bar when one can converse easily. The main bar is loud and more like a night club than a hotel bar. I had to arrange to meet people away from the hotel if I wishes to have a normal conversation.

Great room, excellent bathroom, 3 great restaurants in the hotel. Area is safe, easy to walk, several convenience stores close by

Awesome stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Traveled with small children and the children loved every minute of our stay, especially the pool. The rooms spacious and very clean. I plan to stay here again during my next visit to Mexico City. Highly recommend for families!

Great hotel, great location

It’s run down. Not the star rating it’s advertised as. Feels dingy, carpets are super old. Very over priced. Exposed wires under the bathroom sink. They gave us complimentary drinks which they then tried to deny. I had to get the bar manager over to finally get it fixed. I also left my jacket behind accidentally and trying to get it back has been like trying to move heaven and earth. Unresponsive staff.

As usual a wonderful experience. Very vast spaces. No fee parking in a nice safe area.

This place saved me after having spent three nights in an awful accomodation. Checking in was a bit complicated thanks to Expedia, but the hotel were so kind they saw how stressful it was an upgraded my room on the second day.

The staff is the nicest most cordial people
