Disappointing stay. Junior suite. Low srandard. No AC in hotel. Room extremely stuffy. Was told thermostat was for heating only. Instructions for safe were not adequate. Had to call down to reception to fix. No moisturizer left in room. When I asked for it, I was given a half used bottle that had been lying around somewhere and the sentiment that this was an unreasonable ask.

Dunraven Arms is a truly magnificent property - the graciousness of the hotel matched by the exquisite gardens and helpful staff.

Lovely staff, great location, great breakfast, comfy bed . No air-conditioning so room was v warm during the day even with an electric fan, no tea or coffee, or fridge in the room.

Always great to a pleasent surprise of amazing rooms.

Great location - Great Service! Worth a visit

Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Personally the decor wasn’t to our taste and the corridors seemed a big dingy rather and didn’t fit in with the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was nice - personally we didn’t like the sausages but the ham was lovely. We were also not sure on what could’ve been ordered as we weren’t given a menu. Overall the hotel was nice and gave us the chance to visit Adare Manor.

Friendly and professionsl. A lovely property in a beautiful village A gem for many years in the area. As a local, it was a special outing for Sunday lunch. As an overnight guest, the award winning breakfast lived up to it's reputation.

First time to stay in hotel Staff vey good Breakfast excellent and smoked gammon of ham very nice different take on bacon €50 deposit when paying my full bill on arrival ( poor practice) was refunded on departure buts take 4/5 days to get credit back to my account Lack of UK/IRE plug sockets at work desk ( had to get an extension lead from house keeping) Would stay there again and good value for money

The dinner was great as well as the breakfast. I was unaware that the restaurant was finer dining until I arrived, and was super pleased at the food and wine selection.

Beautiful property , lovely comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Only stayed one night.

Clean beautiful hotel.

It was an excellent place to stay to explore the area. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and always there to help. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
