Delightful hotel in a gorgeous location. Bathroom, particularly lovely, Definitely would stay again They allow dogs, however, they do charge £25 a night which I think is rather a lot even though they provided basket & dog bowls.

Parking there is a car park but also on street pay and display

The breakfast and bar location is brilliant for seeing the Clifton bridge. Staff good and close to the shops and bars of Clifton .

Pub terrace is pretty epic.. which is the opposite of the junior suite if you end up in the basement.. and breakfast service is pretty leisurely start at 8am on a Sunday. Not a bad hotel at all but could be great

The hotel is beautiful where it is situated but our room was full of dust

The check-in and parking was seamless The room was spacious, clean and quiet Room service burgers were second to none

Nice enough room, but room service was so unresponsive that I had to go down to the reception myself to order food, which then took over an hour to arrive.

Wonderful room - we had the Bollinger garden suite which had an incredible view and gorgeous gardens which we shared with next doors suite, but it still felt incredibly private. Amenities were lovely and we felt thoroughly relaxed. plus Clifton is a lovely area and you don't have to walk far for bars, shops and restaurants
