Stayed during the World Cup opening week. GREAT location to the Angel and local shops and food venues. Hotel was nice and well kept.

I really wanted to like this hotel because the location is great, but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is very outdated, and the photos on Expedia are nothing like the actual rooms. The walls, carpet, and overall condition feel old and worn. The shower only has a half-glass door, so water ends up all over the bathroom floor every time you shower. Even the TV remote in our room didn’t work. To make matters worse, the electrical outlet in the bathroom was hanging off the wall and eventually fell out, which was both unsafe and unacceptable. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the rooftop, but it wasn’t open during our stay, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was that two people in our group got food poisoning after eating cheeseburgers at the hotel restaurant. While it’s impossible to know with absolute certainty what caused it, both became sick shortly after eating there, which was very concerning. The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that, it didn’t meet our expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Clean and well maintained

From drop off to check out amazing hospitality. Terrific service from room service and business lounge to concierge and front desk.

This is a beautiful hotel in a very safe and quiet area. It’s a bit on outskirts of all the main attractions, but food is always close. Staff was always kind and our room was very clean and spacious. The pool area was kept nicely and we enjoyed just sitting in the lobby and restaurant area to get fresh air. Overall a great place to stay our first time in Mexico City

The buffett breakfast was poor

The breakfast that is included is overrated in the 11th floor. The breakfast in the 1st floor is much better for only a minimal upcharge.

The staff at the business centre was very nice and I liked to spend time working from there. Quite confortable. Diego in particular was always making sure I had everything I needed. Not a fancy hotel, but very convenient.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Recently, we visited during the World Cup games. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the iconic Angel de Independencia.

This hotel will always be our place of choice when we visit Mexico City. The location is perfect The rooms are great .....with an amazing choice for breakfast and a nice happy hour every evening. Staff and very attentive and they are always on hand.
