I love the location as it is 5 mins walk to the station for trains to town. It is a fairly big hotel with clean and spacious rooms that is well equipped. The swimming pool and jacuzzis were a good bonus and the breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic. More importantly was the staff, all very friendly, supportive and professional. We had a fantastic 3 night stay

Good hotel, great staff - all good, but called a cab from reception - uber expensive, but I was in a hurry. Get in cab to be greeted by cash only comment. Said I only had Sterling or cards - right old row and got out! I think they were called Elite. Eventually downloaded the app for Fotaxi ( Budapest Airport approved) and I used them for the rest of my stay - good efficient Company and about half the price of the hotel recommended bandits!!

as hotel was transferred to verdi, and the last 10+ years the quality and maintenance of the hotel went down. Staff is very nice, however can not handle all with "i am so sorry" the hotel really looks outdated, and sometimes corridors looks dirty as carpets are used. Spa/Pool area, after upgrading the sauna, looks dirty again, the 3rd pool, which was always hot, nice to relax is cold. Still believe that with small effort could be better

Overall, the hotel is quite good, but the rooms are starting to feel a bit outdated and could use renovation. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, which really improves the overall experience. However, dining at the bar was quite disappointing. It was almost impossible to enjoy a proper meal there, and it felt like frozen, low-quality food was simply being reheated.

Nice hotel not in the very center of the city. Good hotel, quiet place, nice bed and bathroom. Restaurant is good. The staff is friendly - poured me coffee for free in the middle of the night. The hotel is not in a very center of the city - but it is not hard to travel to city center by train or by bus (bus stop is in 5 mins of walk). Very good option for modest price

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean spacious and had many amenities. The bed was comfortable and the noise ti a minimum even though our room was in front of the elevators. The pool area was nice with a two saunas (one for women one for men). The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I recommend it for a nice family time.

Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Nice spa although the pool area was a bit chilly! Nice staff but service in the bar is quite slow. Got a fabulous welcome gift which was much appreciated!

Breakfast was great. I would have liked it even more if it had more fruit options
