Everything was outstanding

The Fitzwilliam was perfection in a hotel. Do not miss the breakfast. Lovely staff and hotel. The location is the absolute best. Quiet , right next to the St. Stephen’s Green , but extremely convenient to anywhere you might want to go/walk.

A comfortable and well maintained room. There was plenty of hanging space and real coathangers rather than the iritating 'hotel style' ones. The room was pleasantly free of wall art and the ceiling was uncluttered so visually it was relaxing, and the lighting was flexible and reasonably good although there was no lamp over the desk area. The bathroom was clean and well equiped. The shower was quite cramped however while lots of space was given over to an oversized bath. Although there was a hook on the inside of the bathroom door there was nowhere to hang a towel within reach of the shower. We liked the bar which was cosy and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Great location on the corner of Stephen's Green so easy walking distance to most galleries and museums.

Welcoming reception. Friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and very quiet. Unfortunately no hot water for showering this morning but sorted by reception within the hour.

Our favourite place to stay in Dublin. Lovely rooms, great breakfast and convenient location.

Beautiful hotel, elegant rooms in public spaces

The staff is exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The restaurant/bar has amazing food and drink. I have always enjoyed this hotel.

The hotel felt a bit rundown. The noise traveled extensively between rooms. You could constantly hear doors slamming from guests and cleaning crew. There was no where in the lobby to sit and lounge unless you were buying food or a beverage. At the end of the night while trying to get warm by the fireplace and no one else there, we were asked if we were hotel guest and also asked to go back to our room. Check in experience wasn’t what I would expect for a five star hotel. Just disappointed all around.

Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Rooms are beautiful. The food and drinks are spectacular. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you, Fitzwilliam!
