Great location... central to shops, cafes, restaurants... however American hotel which is only 3 doors away had loud music till 1am which affected ability to sleep

The room/bathroom were spotlessly clean. Heating was excellent. Subscription TV was a welcome addition and free wifi worked well. As other travellers have highlighted the pub next door was noisy and we will stay again just making sure we bring ear plugs and a cover for the glass door which let in light from outside.

A very short but enjoyable stay here although the weather quite inclement. Staff were very helpful and were able to substitute upstairs accommodation for downstairs as I was unable to negotiate stairs. Very much appreciated. Room was family size, very clean with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was fine and on site. Good options for meals as centrally located in Echuca. Would like to have stayed longer here !

Clean room, good shower, rattling aircon.

Rooms are very old and outdated, like we were back in the 1970’s when it was built. The room we were in was poorly insulated from drafts and outside noise.

They should offer ear plugs or warn guests there is a pub or nightclub behind and sleep before 1am is impossible.

The room was clean and very close to everything.

We were very pleased with our five day stay , our room was looking tired , but was told it was going to be renovated , very clean, beautiful hot water , comfy bed . The staff were lovely and helpful. Great position for walking to the wharf and town .. courtesy buses made it easy to move around. We are looking forward to returning.

Close to every thing

Perfect location, easy for parking and can walk everywhere. Being located right next to the American on a weekend was terrible for noise though, with DJs and live bands playing until 2am it really soured our experience.

What staff? Saw no one, spoke to no one, as key was under my mat. Had noisy neighbours, who may have lived in a cave, as they yelled constantly until 10pm. Grateful for a good meal at American Hotel adjacent (who had people of excellent service!). Nice bed at Niebro. Great breakfast at Essen with nice discount’, thanks Niebro. Will stay again next time

the arrangements for after hours arrival were unorganised and poorly communicated. It can be very simple. If the motel were to contact me direct I could explain a really simple method. Up to you though.
