The location is one of the best in town. Lots of shops and connected to a mall.

Excellent stay. My kids especially loved the warm cookies at check in. It would have been really nice if the pool was open later than 8pm (ideally 10) and having a hot tub would be even better but overall we enjoyed our stay, location is perfect and the included waters are an appreciated touch. Housekeeping was top notch!

Somewhat getting rundown but overall good experience.

Second time in Montreal and I keep picking this hotel due to the great staff and location.

Went to check in and system was down. Did not get room till 2 am. They gave us a free breakfast for our troubles and when we did not pick it up the next day they thought they would give us a reminder call at 12:05 am in the morning. Waking our entire family. Building is also very run down. Pool closes at 8 every night so no time to even enjoy. Do not recommend

The room was spacious and complete with the necessary essentials to make the stay enjoyable. In addition, the staff was very nice and hospitable.

The e room was perfect and so convenient. The pool and area was great for both relaxing and for kids to enjoy but by far the best part of our stay was the front desk staff. They went out of their way to make our stay amazing and I will definitely be back
