The staff were great but the hotel is tired and the rooms need a good cleaning. Our bathtub did not hold water, the marble around it was separating and had mildew issues. There was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and the linens were stained.

Wonderful staff. Tried their very best. Clearly management and/or policy issues. Two of the five nights they forgot to clean the room. In the bar area, again wonderful and kind staff, but system issues. Took 30 minutes to get the check, then the check was incorrect as it was for a different table, and then an additional 20 minutes to wait to get the correct check. Breakfast area in the morning had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Restaurant was only half full. Half the table were not cleared, so there was no where to sit in a half occupied restaurant. All told, every staff member were kind and caring. Felt like the hotel was in transition of some kind and for the price we paid for a king suite, the service was less than what we expected.

Fantastic front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, shout out to Alonso for his assistance. Bar staff such as Dana and Sebastian also make you feel most welcome and the food was very good. Beds are extremely comfortable. Great stay.

Rooms were very dated and kind of dingy. The carpet was somewhat grungy and there were stains on the furniture by the bed. There were chips in the wall and holes in the lampshades. There was no main light switch, just dim individual lamps, one of which didn't work at all and one flickered like a stobe light when turned up, leaving the room dark and gloomy unless it was daytime. For the bathroom, the plumbing had low pressure so the toilet doesn't always flush fully and the shower was weak, but hot water was good. The bed was clean, but very springy and overly mushy. The thermostat seemed to struggle, several degrees warmer than AC listed on not that hot a day, so peak summer might be rough. We received a welcome gift, that was one pair of slippers (we were a couple), one pair of earplugs, and a bag of chips. Staff was very friendly, lobby very nice, but overall I left with a much lower impression of the Omni name.

We had a warm welcome form hotel staff. We stay in a suite better than the one we reserved, it was huge, nice and very comfortable. Location is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Lovely view, slightly dated room. Concierge was off at 6pm on a Friday. And a lovely piece of birthday cake and bubbly greeted us in our room (but sadly they were for someone else)! Someone promply came by to collect the bubbly. I love this property but it feels like the service and rooms aren't quite what they used to be...

Great communication prior to arrival, during and after departure. List of events occurring in the area was received prior to arrival , concierge was very helpful in providing recommendations and room was clean. Would stay here again .

The hotel was nice and in a good location. I attended for work and the meals were decent for a large group.

This is probably my 6th or 7th time staying at this hotel and honestly, it seems to get worse with each visit. The incredible staff and convenient location are the main reasons I keep coming back, despite the dated rooms and noticeable stains. Noise is also a constant issue. the doors do little to block sound, and if your room faces Mount Royal the constant traffic noise hard to ignore. Thankfully, this stay didn’t include the endless faucet dripping or wet spots on the floor that I dealt with two weeks ago. After that visit, I was contacted by someone I assume was the manager, Mathieu Dugardin, but after I responded, I never heard back. Overall, the hotel is okay. The positives and negatives more or less balance out, especially if the price is low enough. And just another shout out to the amazing staff!

Well located in the downtown area of Montreal, close to restaurants shopping and the Bell center. Beautiful hotel! Great size rooms! Would highly recommend will be back!
