Clean, bathroom a little outdated but overall fine. Staff were lovely, breakfast is really good. But the pillows in the room are terrible, so hard to sleep on. They are so lumpy (so either cheap or old...or both) and tiny. Probably wouldn't stay again because of the pillows.

Staff were pretty brusk and a bit short with us at the front desk. Refused to let us check in til - exactly - 4pm even though they let others check in prior no questions asked. Room was so warm so it was difficult to sleep, even with all the windows open and the thermostat on 0. Probably would stay at the Best Western next time, the room is smaller but much better experience.

Great hotel if you are traveling to Herning for football. Next to train station and a 5 minute walk into town for pubs and restaurants.

Roasting hot, no aircon or fan, beds are so thin and uncomfortable, food awful

Everything was good, I wish they had a mini fridge in the room for the price. Almost 200 euro but no mini fridge. Quite disappointed with that. Other than that everything else was good.

We had a nice stay in Herning.

I ordered (and paid) for a twin room. I got a room with a double bed where an extra bed was put in. That is not okay.

As far as Scandic Hotels go this one is very good. Fairly modern and very clean. Easy parking and easy check in/out. The breakfast was nothing to write home about though.

Everything was good. Except parking issues If you are going with electric car just don’t trust you will get space to charge your car. Also if someone have park their car in electric charging spot they will not be asked by hotel to move there car even if it’s fully charged or not in use.

Awesome staff. Couldn’t make collect call from room phone so staff let me use one of their phones, so critically helpful.

A great hotel, staff were amazing, nothing was a problem, friendly and professional, room was spacious and comfortable.

The location of the property is very ideal - overall a comfortable hotel. I did not like much the art work on walls

Hotel and standard of service were excellent. Rooms were sizeable and beds were very comfortable. Local town was very nice with lots of places to eat
