Great stay! Big clean room! Cost was on point. Very family orientated! Pool was big and clean with kids toys and towels readily available. Also love that the pool/hot tub is adult only from 10pm to midnight. The included breakfast was very good for selection and the food was good. I always love the 'make your own waffle' station! It was very busy when we got to the buffet and staff were struggling a little bit to keep up. I asked for a cloth to wipe a couple of tables (to help out) and was met with a bit of defensive frustration but i chatted with the staffer a little later and smoothed things over. The rush ended shortly there after and staff managed to get back on top of things. My only critique would be that the elevator seemed a tad sketchy....slow, small (for only having one) and 'bumpy'. 🤔 Great location though! $9 Uber to WEM. Overall, a great experience and would stay again and would recommend to others. 😁

Great breakfast, game room and pool

Ideal base of operations for a family Edmonton trip. Good breakfast, very close to West Ed, and a great pool and hot tub. If you need a quiet sleep make sure you're on the second floor. The pool has generous operating hours that keeps the connected hallway busy into the night.

The beds were higher at the foot of the bed than the head, the room layout was odd and bathroom were very small.

No tissue paper in tissue box by vanity mirror. No moisturizers.

Clean and well kept

The hotel is a great location. The hotel Is clean and the rooms are very nice. So nice that there are plug ins, in greet locations like beside the bed. We all have so many items to plug in such as iPhones, watches, kindles and iPads. Very convenient to have good plug access and not having to move furniture to find a plug in.

Room was clean, staffs were nice and approachable, breakfast was decent.

Room wasn’t as clean as the previous years. Close to the mall.

From desk girls were so lovely checking us in Pool was a lot of fun ! Bedroom was super clean and very comfy beds A lot of amount of towels which was nice for two girls haha The latte machine in the front is a nice touch when you’re in a rush Over all a super nice experience will defiantly be booking again

Clean rooms, quiet

I stay at hotels in Canada about 60 nights per year and was here for an overnight stay for business. Room was very spacious with a large desk working area. Friendly staff at check in and the breakfast was better than most with good selection of items. Will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. Kids loved the options of game room and pool. Breakfast was good. Only complaints are that we could hear a lot of hallway noise through our door, and furniture was a little worn in places. But still felt decent. Good stay for families.
