There was a lot of noise .

I was suprised how well the hotel was maintained. And for having a full Hotel it was very quiet

The staff were all friendly and helpful! Our room needed work. Our room faced the pool and only had sheer curtains so not great for privacy or room darkening. The pool lights go out around 10 and we had kids who were in bed long before that but had trouble falling asleep due to the lights from the pool. The carpets were long overdue for a cleaning as was the fabric in the pull out couch. The bathroom smelled terrible as soon as we arrived. Like a musty, mildew, rotten smell. The whole room was in need of an overhaul. We would definitely go back to one of the express Holiday inns over this one:/ And breakfast is included with your stay at the express! The little arcade room are our money on the rides too. Over all it just wasn't comparable to previous stays at the express locations.

The room was priced well. We had fun in the Waterpark

The water park was great and Toni romas on site was great z!

The pool rules need to change , water slide should always be on. Wave pool I get that it needs a life guard.

Rooms were clean, but the elevator had garbage and an apple core in it for two days. The elevator was out of order for all of Saturday morning, so everyone had to use the stairs. The pool was lovely for the kids, but they ran out of towels around 7PM, so many people went without them. The lady at the front desk seemed nice until she yelled at my kids about standing at the elevator waiting for it. She assumed they were staying at the hotel and thought they were just loitering.

It was very peaceful and well kept. The staff friendly and helpful. I had had an exhausting drive, and I was so thankful to be at a peaceful, restful place!

Joanne was very lovely and helpful. Appreciated her help for having our baseball team events.

Room was large and clean. Elevators were not well functioning and that was somewhat inconvenient.

We stay here every time we go to visit family and we love it.

Pool houts limited and slide only operational until 2pm to 9pm if lifeguard available

This was a nice option but could use some upgrades. It was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the Waterpark would be a great bonus if traveling with small children. It would have been very helpful to have a continental breakfast.

Room was large with Aircon. The facilities were clean and tidy. Food was lovely and staff were friendly. Ideal location fast food places very close by as well

Great property, great amenities

Was nice. Friendly staff. Cool waterpark for the kids with two very large slides, wave pool, hot tub and a small kids play area. Family suite was very large with lots of room and good value for the amount of beds and square foot. Cool to look out over waterpark area and wasn’t noisy. Definitely great for little kids but our teens enjoyed as well. We paid for breakfast vouchers and wouldn’t next time as they cost $20 per person and meals were all well under $20. Overall would stay again.

Staff were absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Pool was amazing!
