Staff very friendly. Breakfast area is a little tight and was quite crowded during out stay. The food was tasty though!

Extremely clean room. Staff very helpful and always available: excellent interactions with them. Breakfast plentiful. Coffee/tea always available and of good quality. Parking good as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was a great size, modern and very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful!

Beware of constructions going on 4th foor and its a small hotel and too crowded sometimes. Long queue for free breakfast and that also has very less options

Everything was excellent except on the morning I was leaving. Only one of the 2 elevators were working. I found a luggage cart on a different floor than I was on as I needed it for my wife’s and my luggage. No problem as most people don’t take them back where they belong for the next person to use. Anyway, I got the cart and went to the elevator. There were 2 housekeepers waiting with their big carts and then 2 more as I was waiting. Long story short, I waited for the 4th stop of the elevator before I finally got on. At the time it was very frustrating but finally got out.

Only one elevator was functional so the remaining elevator was very slow for guests and staff to deliver things. Breakfast buffet was great, space is overall quite clean.

The room was very large and very clean. Loved the walk in shower. Free coffee and tea 24/7 was a nice touch and I loved the underground parking. Left my car parked for the entire visit and just took UBER rides. FANTASTIC way to tour sites in a city you aren't familiar with.

The hotel was really nice, parking was great, the only problem is that only 1 elevator works, this was very inconvenient as it took up to 10 minutes to get one. We asked 2 separate staff members about it, they both said that the elevator was broken for a while and they have no idea when it will be fixed. Very disappointed with this.
