Staff was kind and friendly. Room was clean. Hallways were dingy and seemed dirty. Just an overall impression. Waĺlpaper was peeling in places too. Pool passkey lock was broken and the door was held open with a towel, weird. Some attention to accessibility ♿️ would be great. We were comfortable, beds were cozy, houekeeping staff and restaurant staff were wonderful, truly. Our tub wasnt draining properly 😌 so it filled up during showers and became slippery. Its a slipping hazard. Rm 330, if you want to have someone take a look and fix it. The A/C was fantastic 👏. Thank you for a nice stay.

The property was perfect for us on our stay. It was close to the airport, and the St James dueling Piano bar was right across the street. The breakfast at the Gort restaurant was delicious and did not break the bank. The lobby bar was a great place to chill and have a drink while we waited for our friends or our Uber to show up. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location and very friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms are a bit echoey because of the hard surfaces, but rooms are clean.

The pool was amazing. Lounge take out was great. Will be going back on our way back through Winnipeg.

Room had leak and couldn’t change rooms….manager fixed the next day upgraded us and gave us a free night. Hotel needs and is scheduled for renovation so hopefully will be better in a year!

Corridor to room was filthy - dirty rug. Bathroom door, in-unit, was in horrible condition and looked as if it was just put together. No A/C in corridor to bedroom and very dark and dingy.

very old, even after what seems to be a renovation. shower had no pressure. AC didn’t work, tv didn’t work. Wifi was awesome, decent pillows, friendly staff. overall, would not stay again

The issue was the bed, when we got in, it creaked, banged, we didn’t know what caused it . The mattress slopped into the centre, it was a king size bed! The bed wasn’t comfortable!
