This stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
First, the front desk refused to honor the upgrade that Expedia had confirmed for me. The initial room I was assigned had a rusted shower and was clearly not in acceptable condition. I was then moved to a second room, but the window would not close properly. After waiting nearly an hour, I was finally reassigned to a third room.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The next morning, after returning from breakfast, my room key no longer worked, adding yet another inconvenience to an already frustrating experience.
I reported all of these issues to the front desk and was told that the manager would contact me to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. I am still waiting for that call.
Overall, this was a very poor experience with unacceptable service and room conditions. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
