We stay at Coast every time we come here! This time, I do t think our AC unit worked! Or, we just couldn’t figure out how to turn it on…

Fantastic location. Staff was very helpful, however they did not read the notes for my room upgrade and failed to follow through the next day, so I was a little disappointed at that. The amenities, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff are “A+”, The front desk staff can use a little bit better training as they are quick to judge and come across as questioning motives. The parking, walkable nearby shops and restaurants make this an amazing place and like I mentioned, the support staff saved the experience every single interaction with them.

Rooms are too small , the room size not perfect for 2 couple not suggest to anyone to visit

Do not bother booking a room with a patio, paying more $$. It is a small slab of concrete, directly overlooking the parking lot in many instances. You would never! sit out there.

The room was clean and staff were friendly.

Very friendly staff. Had to find an outlet to plug in the coffee maker and there was no microwave in the room nor are there any shelves for clothing just a long bench. No hangers kind of unusual but we managed.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things future guests should know. If you’re planning to arrive around check-in time, I recommend calling ahead to confirm that your room is actually ready. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived after a long day of traveling, we were told our room wasn’t ready because there was a larger reservation ahead of us. We were exhausted after the drive and had expected to be able to settle into our room, so the wait was disappointing. The room itself was decent, but we did notice hair underneath the benches, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear people walking and talking upstairs, as well as conversations and noise from the hallway. As light sleepers, it made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. On the positive side, the parking was very convenient, and the hotel has an on-site café, although we didn’t get a chance to try it. We’d also like to recognize Yas at the front desk, who was friendly, accommodating, and helpful when we arrived. Even though our room wasn’t ready on time, she did her best to assist us, and we appreciated her professionalism. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but improvements to the check-in process, cleanliness, and soundproofing would make for a much better guest experience.

I recently stayed at Coast Canmore with my husband for a vacation getaway. Before reserving this hotel I did read up on previous reviews. Most were positive , so I booked it and the price was right. After a four night stay I will say we were disappointed. The first day we arrived a little earlier at the hotel after a long flight, and asked if the room was ready, they said they are cleaning it and should be in a few hours. After leaving and coming back at 3:30 the room was still not cleaned. We eventually made it into our room. The next morning , we like our coffee in the room, before leaving for the day. The coffee maker was not working , so they brought us another one, that one was worse than the first. Eventually they brought us a third one and it worked for the last two mornings we were there. After a long day of hiking and walking and touring. We were exhausted and all we wanted was a clean room and clean towels. Apparently they missed our room. Again very upset. The front desk gave us what we needed to get through the night and the next day they came to clean and did a very good job. It's a 10 minute walk to main street in Canmore , which was really nice. There is a shopping plaza across the street , with breakfast, lunch and a simple dinner option. When you're spending a lot of money per night, you expect things to go a little smoother.

Incredibly beautiful property. Extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location. About 20 minutes into Bahn national Park. Great places to eat in town. Very walkable town from the hotel. Great ice cream shop right across the street. Would stay again.

Very walkable area to lots of restaurants. Great pool and fitness areas.

Bar and restaurant staff was outstanding. Professional, courteous, accommodating and generally great humans. Ate at the restaurant twice and my comments about everyone I met. Especially the you man tending bar. Mike from Minnesota
