Hotel was fine for what it is…it was very hot and no AC was really felt! Hallway wasn’t the most pleasant of smells and to cool the room down we opened the window but that was just sounds of drunks hacking. Decided to pay for the buffet breakfast and was very disappointed with all the “hot foods” being cold and questionably cooked…would’ve complained but someone beat me to it…should’ve asked for refund! Shame as stayed twice before and was happy, but this experience will make me think twice.

Room was good, however the shower outlet was blocked creating some inconvenience though staff was very good and arranged keys of another room. Restaurant was good.

It’s convenient location. That’s about it. Over priced for the ok stay beds and bedding not the best lumpy pillows thin duvets bathroom just looks old and not clean looking. Extra £5 for parking and breakfast is cold. The pub that is in walking distance the kings arms is bang on for food and good prices

Fairly typical mid range travel hotel. Surprisingly quiet considering the location on a motorway services. Pros: Quiet. Given choice of rooms. Second lock on inside of bedroom door. Comfortable bad. Cons: Some items were run out at breakfast. Not the best quality of breakfast. Cost quite high. Some black mould in the bathroom. Overall ok but would probably find somewhere else in the future.

Hotel car park too small, and you need to exit the whole service area and re-enter to follow the one way system to get to the service area car park, which is available as an overflow. Once parked there, a clearer signage to the hotel is needed. Room clean but a bit noisy. Shower was excellent, bed comfy. Bar was out of two draught beers from an already small selection. Unpleasant smell in corridor. Hotel grounds need professional attention. Staff very helpful.

Great staff, clean room

It's a cheap hotel that is clean and has the basic facilities, and the staff are polite. However the whole place is run down and very dated. I expected a bit more from a Wyndham hotel. It's perfectly fine if it's just a room for the night that you need but wouldn't want to be there any longer. We had a very late flight into Bristol and didn't want to do the 3 hour onward journey at 2am, so sleeping there was better than sleeping in the car.

Everything was ok!

The room was clean and spacious enough for us to rest. However the facilities provided were a little basic. No water bottle or glasses provided. No mini fridge. No AC. No escalator. Bathroom shower was leaking water onto the floor. No emergency button in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok but not enough vegan options were provided.

The hotel is just minutes off the M5 but an easy bus journey into the centre of Bristol. We had a lovely evening in Bristol and easily got back to the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. The room had everything we needed and we had a choice of double or twin. Lovely breakfast. Great value for money. Lots of parking. We arrived a little early and it was no problem for us to check in.
