Great stay, handy for airport.

Friendly staff, rooms clean

The hotel price was higher than the rate listed on the hotel’s official website, so I chose to make my reservation for the following nights of my stay directly through the hotel’s own site.

Great location, lovely and clean and friendly staff. Only negative was the parking wasn’t very clear.

Great clean convenient

Daniel booked me in efficiently and in a friendly manner. Room was clean. Bathroom floor was collapsing in front of the sink (room 9).TV, Kettle all worked fine thanks. I was very disappointed with the £5 parking charge which was unexpected.

Arrived late at night for early morning flight. Staff attentive and helpful. Didn't use any other facilities so unable to review those but the room was comfortable and clean.

Excellent value for money. Good parking.

Cleanliness of the room was poor. One staff member seemed to be running the entire place on his own - reception, bar and restaurant. He did a good job but there were some slight delays when he was doing other things. Not his fault. Food was questionable for the price. ed was comfy.

Not bad, 3/5 for breakfast. Staff very good I wasn't happy paying an additional £5 parking, and that would stop me staying again. Room 37, king size bed mattress needs replacement as you roll together.

The hotel is on a motorway service station, and although the windows were closed you could hear the refrigerator trucks all night long. The room had no heating that worked so was freezing all night.

We arrived after late flight. I had informed hotel at time of booking but was asked to contact again on arrival day so room would not be sold on. There were roadworks on the junction for hotel meaning you had to drive to next junction and return. It would be nice to have been advised of this. The roadworks also meant the carpark was full and although on asking we were told we could park anywhere in services it is a one way road and leaving would mean another detour up the motorway. We parked in HGV bay as advised by receptionist - this information could easily be shared in advance. Since our last stay there has been introduction of £5 parking charge. This is a budget hotel and it is not too expensive. When i book double room I would expect sufficient towels. We had one bath towel, no hand towels. Arriving at 01.00 you can't be bothered to go back to reception to ask for basics. We have booked another budget hotel for our next late flight so we can judge if our expectations are too high or if Ramada is no longer for us.

Was well outdated needed a refurb

The gym is definitely a bonus! The staff were welcoming. I was pleased to see that there was fresh fruit available at breakfast, as I had mentioned the lack of fresh options in a previous review. The soap dispenser had also been included in the room (same one as previously), but there was no soap! Could this be topped up? Handy parking and shopping in the services area.
