The riom mostly was clean except the bottle holders in the shower. Breakfast was ok. Hot tub was nice. Friendly staff.

the shower curtain needed washing or changed...pink around the bottom. Otherwise...all was well.

Room 104, floors were slanted and the room was very small. It was old and smelled. Should not jave been the same cost as the newer side of the hotel

Great location, nice amenities. Helpful staff. My only suggestion would be getting a second waffle maker for the breakfast room. Or having other selections available that were more appealing so the waffle line wasn’t so long. It was honestly an hour deep each of the 3 mornings we were there. Having two pools to choose from was nice. Bed was comfortable, room was a decent size. I’d stay again.

Room was late for check in. Floors were dirty, bathroom not cleaned. Notified front desk and a cleaner was sent back. I asked the cleaner to mop the floors but when we returned, floors were still dirty. (Wiped floor with a wet paper towel and it was black) Room was in desperate need of repairs. Cupboards and doors had peeling paint ect. Breakfast was good as well as the outdoor pool. Location is good but will definitely choose another place to stay the next time we travel to Penticton.

Our recent stay was ok. We were disappointed that the pool closed at 9pm as it was hot out and the kids wanted have a swim after getting back to the hotel late.

Breakfast was boring, no variety at all.

Unfortunately, I couldn't stay at this hotel because the room was completely different from the photos. The bathroom sink was right beside the bed, outside the washroom, the washroom was very dirty with mold throughout, and parts of the wallpaper were peeling off. The condition of the room was unacceptable, so I decided not to stay.
