I had a great time and so did my dog :) it’s a very big hotel, easy to get lost but my dog and I enjoyed our stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Valet parking was super easy!

5 stars all around. The only thing I found concerning, and I spoke to staff about this was, there was a single woman, ahead of my wife and I in line at the standout bar, The Library. She was attempting to get a seat inside as a solo. The host asked this particular woman for her room number, floor she was on, and spelling of her last name, loud enough for several groups waiting in line to hear. I found this to be a shocking personal safety breach, IMO, and a dangerous protocol at worst. I do hope this is something that is addressed with management in making their guests feel safe and comfortable.

Literally the best hotel stay I have ever had. Everything was perfection. Lots of good places to eat nearby and the underground shops are accessible from the hotel.

This is a very nice Hotel..in the Fairmont tradition. Wonderful!

The room at the Fairmont Royal York is dated and needs a major renovation. The bed also needs replacement and the bathroom is very dated for the price that is being charged for this room. Time to invest.

Absolutely have to visit Kimberly at the Library Bar!! You will never find another Bay Street sandwich anywhere as good as here (roast beef au jus sandwich)!! The staff are very accommodating and a true pleasure. Shopping is amazing as you can get to the Eaton Center underground. The CN tower for dinner is amazing and a nice experience. Will return soon!!

Great location. Attached to the Path, do you can get to so many places from there without going outside. More plain than the other Fairmonts in the old Canadian Pacific line, but still a good hotel.

Overall, a lovely first stay at the Fairmont. Clean, centrally located, up to date and helpful staff. I was happy to hear my room was upgraded, which offered me a quiet and restful first night. Be wary if assigned to a connecting room. Other guests checked in to the connected room (connecting doors closed) on my second night and I could clearly hear every word of their conversation, and their loud obnoxious music. There is no sound proofing. When asked to switch rooms, the staff were very helpful, only to move me to a room with high hallway traffic located just outside the elevators. So better but still noisy and not the restful relaxing night for which I was hoping.

The room was filthy. There was old food in the fridge and garbage under the dresser. I could hear everything in the room next to me through the wall

This hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from Union Station. The location allows us to walk to the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. The staff here are wonderful and the reason we come back again and again 🙂

Close to restaurants and theatres, hotel was fantastic along with the staff
