Bathroom lighting was dim. Hard to apply make up. No place to hang cosmetic bag. Except for one hanger over toilet. Would be a nice touch to have a robe/slippers. Toilet paper was terrible.

Modern tastefully decorated very clean Right in center of town and all activities Plenty of options for dining besides hotel which is excellent Not sure about parking Was there on Friday Saturday visit. During that time an insurance company employee lot is open without charge thank you just one block away. Highly recommend this hotel. No disappointments

Stayed recent for a 3 day getaway in Kingston. The Marriott downtown is a beautiful hotel, in an absolutely excellent location for touring and visiting Kingston. The staff were always smiling and helpful. Everything you need to get to is steps away from the hotel or to the waterfront. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and we will certainly be back again. Thank you

The lobby/ bar area is probably the nicest part of the hotel otherwise the rooms are pretty basic and the AC was very loud and the bathroom door made a very squeeky sound so be careful when you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom you might wake up whoever is staying with you in the room, coffee machine and in room coffee is just horrible, just go to the lobby and get yourself a better cup of coffee it's drinkable, my husband and I booked a club room with 2 queen beds, I specifically asked the receptionist to give me a descent renovated room and she was very nice and helpful she gave me their best room and that's how it was... I paid over $400 a night so I expected a nicer room with a nice coffee maker with quality coffee, quiet AC and some sophisticated toiletries and a makeup mirror and a firm bed that wasn't caving in on one side!

Did not have breakfast onsite. Bar staff was great especially Chase who made great cocktails. Very friendly and professional. What I saw and heard while there was that the bar did not have Corona beer,a white wine was out of stock and another guest asked for a beer on the menu that was not available. I felt sorry that Chase had to keep telling guests he did not have these in stocks. We frequent the Marriott hotels as they exceed service but I have never seen this at other of your hotels. That was the only negative thing that we observed.

Clean room, very helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely and perfect. It was a wonderful home away from home for a couple of days we spent in Kingston for my family. Job well done!

Front desk staff .. superb Room.. mediocre Marketing attempt to lure me onto marriott’s spam mailing list by imposing a $6 per day charge for wifi access if I don’t sign up….low class move $20+ charge for parking in your underground parking structure…. Unacceptable (although i expect that this insult is fueled by economic requirement)

We stay at this hotel a lot and this stay was amazing as usual. One different thing was that we had more of the food from Academy this trip - the breakfast we had was wonderful and we had the chicken wings one day and they were okay, a little dry but still good. The room was clean and when we needed more towels, pillows and toilet paper, the staff was very quick to get it to us. Everyone in the hotel is so nice and everything is always clean and smells good and just wonderful!!

The shower in my room had a bunch of gross mild or build up around the edges. The air conditioning kept going off (I understand that is not a normal occurrence) Hotel itself is lovely and staff was great

Excellent hotel with excellent location

The front of house staff were excellent in trying to resolve our dilemma of AC not working. We were first moved rooms because of a terrible metal on metal grinding coming from the air vent. Then the new room was so hot during the night would not go below 24.5 when a heat alert outside. No relief so we could not sleep. The hallway was very cool, we almost propped the door open to sleep to let the cool air in but then thought not so safe. Turns out the whole floor experienced the same issue and they had a maintenance crew there first thing. Sadly we were so tired the next day we didn’t tour around we just left at check time to drive home. It ruined the last day of our vacation. The manager did try to help us by calling this site ( which with its rude customer service) and she even had issues dealing with them. I’ve yet to hear anything back from them Regarding our stay and compensation. I will book direct the next time. The hotel offered to pay our breakfast but we had taken a pkg and already eaten. They offered our next stay to be outstanding and I appreciate that. They removed the parking fee as well.

The property was clean, modern , great decor, super location and wonderful staff. The would have been a 5 star rating but on our last day the parking garage was being worked on and the chemical smell coming up into the hotel was unbearable causing me a violent headache.

Location was great and room was spacious. Walkable to restaurants and city center. Only negative was the parking lot was full due to events in the hotel. We had to look for parking at an off sight lot.

Rooms were nice. Got the vibe when checking in that the staff regarded the process as an inconvenience i was causing them. Parking garage is filthy
