Pool gross the only reason I got this room the room was clean I guess but had no towels for me to use. When i brought this to the front desk attention they did not offer a refund or anything to make my stay better. I staff was ok and the location good

Es un muy buen hotel, me gustó mucho. Los empleados y los gerentes fueron estupendos y brindaron un excelente servicio. Lo único negativo es que el agua tenía un olor fuerte a hierro, lo que hacía un poco incómodo bañarse. También sería excelente si contara con un bar.

Wonderful hotel! Loved the staff! A lot of attention to detail...Great colonial hotel. Even had a pianist on Thursday, Friday and Saturday! Restaurant on site, close to everything, great location overlooking the Dos Templos Plaza. Very safe with 24-hour desk/lobby coverage! The only thing was, we learned the last evening, we should've been running the shower much longer for a hotter shower, since we don't like to waste water at home LOL :) Thank you so much for everything...We had a wonderful time at Hotel Santiago de Campostella and in Guadalajara!

Beautiful Hotel, close by the Catedral de Guadalajara walking distance from restaurants and bars and convenience stores. Clean rooms, amazing staff very friendly people . They have a buffet breakfast and it’s very delicious, best coffee I ever tasted and Mexican bread

Great staff! However, the room could’ve been a little cleaner. I could tell it wasn’t swept often. Additionally, towels that didn’t look as used would be great!

Excellent location, clean rooms and staffs are friendly and welcoming. Decently quiet if you’re at the back of the building. Unfortunately when we were visiting the city they had pretty bad water issues, the water smells likes sulphur. And the pool on the roof top looks a bit green, they tried to clean it but we were there for 5 days, it looks the same green. We didn’t dare to swim. There were no coffee machines nor cups in rooms. Overall it was a decent stay. Love the city of Guadalajara!
