Amazing hotel, definitely recommend it. Big shout out to Rose and her Spanish colleague at reception, both friendly yet professional and very helpful. The gym is beautiful and elegant but a bit poor in terms of machines and weights. Besides that it’s an absolute delight

If you are looking for a modern, comfortable, clean, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Vienna's museum district, look no further. From the friendly and helpful reception staff (Andreas and Stefanie, we love you!), to the comfortable bed, the spacious room, modern bathroom, and efficient housekeeping staff...Hotel Miiro Spittelberg is absolutely 5-star for a reasonable price. The rooms have plenty of closet space and hangers, a personal safe, a mini bar and frig, a USB wall outlet, bottled water, hairdryer, and oversized fluffy towels. They even allowed us a late check out (subject to availability) and access to the "freshen up" room: a restroom/ shower room available to guests who have checked out but are not leaving the city until late afternoon or evening. Miiro Spittelberg is less than a 5-minute walk from the Volkstheater U-bahn station U2 and U3 lines and close to a wide variety of excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Vienna!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the pizza and drinks Im the restaurant were outstanding. We felt like we were coming home every time we entered the hotel. We were sorry to leave.

The Hotel was in a perfect location with only a 5 minute walk to get to the museum quarter. The rooms were well equipped and spotlessly clean throughout the whole of our stay. All staff at the hotel were friendly and super helpful! There is a Spar on the walk to the museum quarter that sells fresh snacks & is well stocked for picking things up on your way out or back in to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

Nice, modern hotel with excellent front desk staff who were friendly and helpful. We had an adjoining room (not traveling with the neighboring guests), and unfortunately the soundproofing was poor—you could hear everything from next door.

Excellent welcoming staff. Tristan took care of us! Very clean and classy.

Hotel was very nice, staffed well with nice decor. Room was exquisite as well as shower and bathroom. Gym has treadmill, dumbbells, multiuse resistance training machine, as well as yoga mats and blocks. Couldn’t recommend more! Nearby two metro lines and many more tram lines.

L'hotel è di nuova apertura, stanze ampie e curate, bagno moderno (no bidet), con design ma un po' impersonali, insomma un 4* tipico. Il plus è il quartiere Spittelberg, veramente trendy, per nulla turistico e autenticamente viennese, con ristoranti e locali frequentati quasi esclusivamente dal quartiere. Insomma proprio una bella zona, a due passi dal Quartiere dei Musei e da lì sul centro turistico. Non ho usato alcun servizio dell'hotel, con tutti i posticini carini in zona ho sempre fatto colazione fuori. Non so valutare eventuali amenities. Personale: un po' "variabile", diciamo che lo staff più accogliente è risultato essere quello "internazionale", e per chi ha piacere ad essere coccolato è giusto settare le aspettative considerando standard di espansività austriaca. Io ho preso un pacchetto volo+hotel con un prezzo molto più basso del listino, quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo è risultato ottimo. Valuto molto negativamente la richiesta al check-in di addebitare sulla carta ben 100€ al giorno (300€) a titolo di acconto per gli extra, richiesta per noi irricevibile e che quindi abbiamo negoziato.

Merkezi konumda. Museum Quarters bölgesine çok yakın. Şehir merkezine 20 dakikalık yürüyüş ile ulaşabilirsiniz. Çevrede çok sayıda restoran ve kafe var.

From the moment we stepped foot inside the hotel, we had amazing service. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommend, would definitely return!
