The room was excellent, and the staff was excellent! Every single person working at the resort was wonderful! They were all very kind and helpful! I would specially like to mention Ms. Rachel and Ms. Delana that made my family's experience at the resort extremely wonderful as they went above and beyond to make our stay an unforgettable one!

Staff was great

Poor management. Poor communication It’s more of a motel service than a Marriott property. Breakfast was chaos and we never enjoyed the meal. Every service was severely delayed or no service was provided. This is definitely not a Marriott level property, New year eve ceremony was not accessible and not communicated to the guest, last minute charges to attend the event was enormous. Overall I will not recommend this property for the price you pay.

Great property, courteous staff and awesome view

Everything was great, but the menu options during breakfast was limited. I asked for gluten free options prior to my check in but nothing was arranged. I left some stuff in the room during room transfer as I added a day to my stay, but they did not have the due diligence to connect my items that were left to my previous room. Unethical in my opinion.

Great hotel. Wide corridors make all the difference giving a sense of openness. Great staff.

Small rooms, game room has games that are charged separately. Beach in front of the property is dirty and is pickup point for ferry services. Property is very old and not modernized. Breakfast buffet is average.

Lovely location overlooking the water, staff are lovely and food fabulous. However very expensive for what is actually a mediocre hotel - although Mondoon Season was over-running the hotel seemed unprepared with no umbrellas out, my patio had not been swept and had cigarette ends on it, the sunbeds had not been set up.

The staff were extremely warm and helpful. The room was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was very nice. The chef was very welcoming and the food was excellent with so much variety.

Professional, clean, courteous, relaxing and rejuvenating couples massage at the spa. Professional and stylish haircut and beard trim by the barber. Friendly and caring wait staff at the bar, and the breakfast buffets. Very good food, top notch staff in all areas, clean and modern facilities. Definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here.

Our recent stay at the Goa Marriott Resort was a mixed experience. While the resort itself is a comfortable and well-maintained property, the customer service leading up to our arrival was unfortunately quite poor, and a key amenity was not as advertised. ​The rooms were clean, spacious, and provided a great level of comfort. The hotel's location is also a major plus, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. We had no complaints about the physical property or the general upkeep; it truly lives up to the Marriott standard in that regard. ​However, the experience was tainted before we even got there. Multiple attempts to contact the hotel with pre-arrival questions went unanswered or were met with frustratingly slow responses. But once we arrived, the service was excellent. the decor of our bed on our anniversary night was a pleasant surprise. ​A significant point of disappointment was the advertising of a private beach and seafront dining. We specifically chose this resort based on that feature, but quickly learned upon arrival that there is no private beach. The access is to a public beach, and the seafront BBQ which we reserved was not available, which is a major difference and a misleading claim. This false advertising was a significant letdown and impacted our overall vacation plans. ​In summary, the Goa Marriott Resort is a beautiful place for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Excellent Marriot resort in Goa!

Overall cleanliness including staff food handling and cutlery cleanliness needs major improvement and training. Rugs in the room are dirty and the room too. Friendliness of staff is good.

Great property and awesome breakfast

Great property, excellent service. Our Deluxe room looking out over the bay was very comfortable. Dining was exceptional with many different options available and the selection was different on every day of our short stay. Would have liked to have been able to have access to sun loungers on the beach but think this may be impractical with the tourist boats picking up guests from the sands during the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous welcome and hospitality throughout stay. Made to feel extra special Food was outstanding- breakfast lunch and dinner was choiceful and plentiful ! Bay view room is a must and the gentle tidal waves is a pleasure to wake up and go to sleep on. Highly recommend !

Water-front with public beach access although not the cleanest beach but you can see the beautiful sunrise/sunset. Lots of activities and walkable distance to the mall and shops.
