lets see. window screen slashed, no security lock (deadbolt yes but no flip over latch) fridge freezer had at least 3" of ice, with an ice bag frozen into the ice, no window locks, cover on ac was off microwave handle was broken off. When asked about housekeeping, they changed the towels, (we were staying for 5 days) got housekeeping in again, no sheet change, and they finally vacuumed. I will say that management did get the lock installed, and gave us window locks that night. But these are things that should have been addressed before our stay. Plus it was $169 per night. never again. Ramada needs to attend to this. oh and major water leak in the continental dining area.

They promoted a hot tub, and breakfast. NO HOT TUB AMD NO Breakfast

I wasnt expecting the best to begin with because I am from Quesnel but it was horrible and would not recommend anyone stay. Absolutely no house keeping unless specifically asking for each individual thing. We emptied our own garbage from the room & had to ask them to bring bags. They brought bags while we were out but thats it. Asked multiple times for towels, bed was changed once (because asked). I asked them to refill the conditioner(never did), never restocked our water & coffee cups. I also tried to shower several times and no hot water. When brought to the attention of the front desk, I was told I need to phone them so they can "turn on the hot water and turn off the hot water to the hot tube manually".. ???? Garbage cans outside overflowing with garbage. Garbage all over & no one seemed concerned. There is no "housekeeping request" sign for the door so you have to hassle them non stop. We stayed for 1 week. Terrible.

We booked a 2 Bedroom Suite. The room was not a suite. It’s a bedroom when you walk in, with an adjacent room. There’s no living space. The floor was warped right in the middle of the room as you enter all the way across the length of it. The room was not clean. When we asked for a 1 bedroom suite instead they said no other suite was cleaned for the day. The overall property is dilapidated and poorly maintained. Parking area and entrances rank of urine. Paint is peeling off both external and internal walls. The inside of the building all smells old and dirty. Everything was in general state of uncleanliness.

The room needed fresh paint and flooring with the bathroom needing a refresh to make it feel clean: The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had one night where the town riffraff kept us awake but the failure was with the police not the staff.

The rooms are adequate but in need of renovations. The continental breakfast was sufficient and timely. The hotel was worth the price and will meet the needs of any traveler who just needs a place to stay while passing through the area.

We were very disappointed that we were not told that the pool and hottub were not available. They did offer to reimpurse us for the community pool but the experience there was very disappointing. The facility was quite a distance away and the staff (young lifguards) were very agressive not using any common sense in doing their job. Breakfast was good with pancakes eggs and saugages etc.,

I had made requirement for main level. We were put on second floor. Room is run down. Air conditioner very old Windows not able to open. Bathroom, towels and bedding clean

Would not stay here again

This place was a dive. The pool wasnt working. The shower knob broke in the first room they gave us. Had to change rooms at 10:30pm (with my 6 year old!) The room had stuff smeared on the walls and the TV was smaller. The second morning we woke up and our room had no water. Thats twice in a 2 day stay that I went to shower and couldn't. They got it back on after I called the front desk and then had to go down to the desk and follow up. Upon check out I received a $250 charge to my credit card and when I phoned to ask they informed it was a "Smoking charge" because the room smelled like smoke after we left. I have never smoked in my life and I had my young child in the room with me. I called them and they did reverse the charge, but how often do they try to pull that?

Mold on the tub and roof. Tv didn’t work as wasn’t plugged in and came in to fix when my mom was sleeping. Phone flashed red they couldn’t fix it I had to unplug. Just painting over walls without prepping ugh.

When I got to hotel there was no hot water and no mention of the absence of hot water. I tried again in the morning thinking maybe the tank had run dry. Still none. Asked another guest in the morning and he didn’t have any either. When we went to the front desk we were both given refunds and dealt with nicely. Would have been nice to know when it was check in time though.

I was put in a room that was dirty on floor, the balcony was filthy & had cigarette butts on balcony ledge! There was what I can only assume to be a sex worker exposing herself in the hotel parking lot. The pool & hot tub were closed! I would not stay here again! Very disappointed! Breakfast was ok.

Older hotel showing its age, room was clean. Staff were very nice, check in was great and sent us to a very good Chinese restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was very basic, You got what what you paid for, I would stay again.

What was unique about this property was that it advertised Pool & Hot Tub but has not had available for some time. Though a School Trip Bus arrived and had to leave due to the building attached to main Lobby having Bed Bugs. Would strongly not recommend. Perhaps look at Williams Lake, properties appeared newer or more recently renovated on the drive through.

The rooms were clean enough and the staff was friendly, but our room windows couldn't lock, microwave had broken bits hanging off, with an overall grungy feel to the whole place.
