Clean hotel in the center of Bilbao. Walking distance to most attractions in Bilbao. Nice front desk staff. They give you a discount card to use a parking 1 block from the hotel.

This small hotel is handily located in the old town part of Bilbao, close to many shops, bars and restaurants. It is also only 100m or so from San Memes Metro station, which is itself only 4 stops from the Intermodal Bus and Train station. The room was clean, spacious, and importantly air conditioned. The breakfast room, located on the 1st floor had a good selection of fruits, yoghurt, cheeses, ham, bread, pastries, and cakes, together with hot food. Everything you could really need. If you haven't already booked breakfast, it's well worth the €10,90.

A wonderful hotel in the old town and close to the river. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We found the air conditioning a bit underpowered - more of an air cooler than an air conditioner - but we did visit in a 40 degree heatwave! There’s a lift to the 5th floor but we were on 6th so if stairs are a problem I’d advise you to contact the hotel before your stay and ask not to be on floor 6. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is a large underground carpark less than 5 mins walk away. And the hotel will give you 10% discount on the cost. However if you have heavy luggage, it’s not an ideal place to stay because the entrance is in a pedestrian area so you can’t really drop luggage off before you park. The surrounding area is beautiful and full of bars and restaurants as well as stunning architecture. The Guggenheim Museum is a very pleasant 20 min stroll along the river. I will definitely book here if I visit Bilbao again.

Outstanding location next to the river walk and Plaza Nueva, which is a legit stop for pintxos frequented by locals. Breakfast was a great deal for the price and fueled us for two days of sightseeing. Rooms were clean and spacious for a city. Would definitely recommend.

The doors in the hotel close extremely loud. You feel like falling out of bed when the door in the next room closes….. Earplugs for light sleepers! No street noise, though. Nice, clean rooms, good breakfast. Need to stick to time slots for breakfast. Location of the hotel is great, very close to good restaurants and shopping. Public transport just a few steps away. Taxi stand in front of the house. All in all a good place for a few days.

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel for four nights. The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The only negative aspect was that the shower was extremely small and felt very cramped. Aside from that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my experience at the hotel.

Great stay! Lovely room on top floor. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Lady at reception super helpful with luggage storage. Will be back!

Perfectly located in the heart of Bilbao’s Old Town. The property has been renovated and it sparkles. Not particularly quiet, given all the hustle and bustle going on. But is gives quick access to Bilbao’s main attractions.

As a single traveler I found the hotel sufficient. Single room I had was on the smaller size even though the bathroom was spacious. My room was facing the back of the building so no view what so ever. The highlight was the breakfast at the hotel. Quite a good spread including good coffee and tea. The taxi to the hotel from the airport was 31 euro and took 25 minutes. there is a taxi stand right across the road and the entrance to the metro is 1 minute walk. Pintxos are everywhere which I loved. Overall good hotel in a great location.

Mix up over rooms left us with a poor room with no balcony but they did try to remedy that a couple of days later Bathroom is very small No coffee making facilities Room small for cost My friends rooms were a lot better
