Absolutely stunning hotel, rich history, brilliant location, staff so polite and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area to stay there.

The rooms were quiet, comfortable and spacious. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast was well-prepared and good value for money. There was ample parking and Wembley Stadium was just a £35 Uber away. The hotel exuded a classy and historic feel.

I liked the ambience, style,the grounds,free parking a big plus.A big positive the staff especially Joanne who actually has a personality. Overall I would most definitely return few niggles, the menus are tatty and dull,the alcohol is well overpriced £10 pint of perona Cold plates at breakfast .But still a real treat to stay there.Thankyou

The hotel looks great it's the little things that let them down. Breakfast can be chaotic especially if there is a function. Paintwork could be attended to, decor no longer matches the character of the house. It could be a great venue.

The room was very clean with shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom. The breakfast was really good… a great selection of yogurt, fruit, cereals and cooked items . The staff were extremely polite, kind and helpful. Jo the receptionist went above and beyond to assist us as did the staff at breakfast. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! 😊

friendly staff, good parking and great garden to sit in sun. Only issues was coffee machine leaked and shower head kept falling down.

I stayed overnight in a double room and left before breakfast. The room was quite dated and weirdly the mattress was much bigger then the bed so if you sat on the edge you started to slide off.

Ideal location for a trip to Wembley. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Plenty of parking.

We only had a quick overnight stay for the hospital the next day. The place looked amazing — it was smart and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly, no messing about. The room was perfect for what we needed. The only complaint was that there were no plugs by the bedside table. But overall, we were really happy with our stay and would recommend it

Beautiful old building. Excellent customer service from the receptionist on arrival and departure - very friendly and welcoming. Room and well equipped and maintained. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Full of detail and character; the hotel staff were very helpful, food was fresh and tasty and the rooms clean and well appointed. A couple of minor repairs to damage (probably caused by previous guests) needed but overall, this was an excellent visit.

Beautiful place with a lot character and charming. Massive rooms and comfortable bed. Mayfar room had a gorgeous view on the valley. Fresh breakfast, kidly and attentive stuff. We will go back

Website really clear that there's no lift A message to reception ensured we didn't have too far to walk etc with mobility problems. Room was accessible, comfortable beds Dinner in the restaurant was really good. Recommend the fish and chips and chocolate orange torte. We didn't pay for breakfast so can't comment
