Hotel muy céntrico, como muchas atracciones a pasos del hotel, restaurantes, teatros, edificios emblemáticos. Edificio antiguo bien remodelado, modernamente decorado. Las habitaciones amplias y modernas. El personal muy atento.

Front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful. Also, the doorkeeper.

The only good thing about this is the location is in the central area. However, uber in Buenos Aires is cheap it is not helpful. The central area is loud. Room is below avarage for the price. They tries to charge you for everything. I tested the breakfast, it was good but for $15.Tried to check in earlier a couple of hours and they charged me a whole day. I tried to work things out but no help. I tried to ask them questions and if they refund for earlier check out, they answer 2 days later, when I almost check out saying I need to let them know the change 48hour in advance. Thats the same as saying No. Do not recommend

The room is clean and spacious. The staff is courteous. The hotel is in an excellent and central location.

Terrible service. Do not help with bags, do not care about you at all. Room was mediocre. Air conditioning is centralized and is awfully hot. Most employees are rude. Overly expensive and bathroom it’s disgusting in the executive suite. Internet was extremely slow. I booked an executive suite and they tried downgrading me to a lesser room. If I hadn’t fought back, I would have been duped into a worse room while paying for the lore expensive room. Absolutely terrible and will not be staying here again.

Good central location. Clean and spacious room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Kitchen equipment consists of 2 x dinner plates, cups, saucers, tumblers, Cutlery is available on request, cereal bowls not available.

The room was spacious accommodating , clean and the staff ensured it stayed that way. Pool on the roof was brilliant albeit shallow, Cooled us off in the beautiful heat

The location is perfect. Right in the center of the city. Rooms are nice and clean.

nice clean room, good service - did NOT like being tracked out of the hotel room when walking other person on reservation to an uber (told door man (in Spanish) and then night manager came out to question me if I was checking out).

Pool was half empty. We asked for a twin beds or sofa bed. The sofa bed was not comfortable. I ended up sleeping with the mattress on the floor.

Great location in the city center, customer service, breakfast and 24 hours security. Additionally, lots of great dinning selections and public transportation in the neighborhood area. Enjoy stay with Broadway Hotel and definitely recommend it.

The room was large and location was very convenient. The hotel breakfast was fresh and healthy (including chia seeds!), and the pool was refreshing. I did hear that some of the other rooms did not have working air conditioners, but our room was nice and cool.

I needed a hotel with a good location, good breakfast, and a pool. This hotel checked all the boxes.

El aire acondicionado no trabajó por 3 días, con una temperatura de hasta 39 grados y cuándo presente el reclamo sólo me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles para cambiarme. Y las 3 veces que lo reporté el personal del lobby no hizo ni el menor esfuerzo para ayudarme

I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was for a quick couple of nights. I was visiting BA and doing a day trip to Montevideo. The hotel is excellently located right by the Obelisk and a busy street with lots of shops and extremely close to the YouTube famous Pizzeria Guerin. So, in terms of location it was spot on. My room was enormous and spacious with a very comfortable double bed. It was clean so no issues there. The lift was extremely small which is a little unusual but no big deal. The counter staff were extremely helpful and polite. They spoke good English which helped me a lot as i spoke little to no Spanish. Overall, i enjoyed my stay here and would highly recomment it.
