Absolutely fabulous, amazing staff. Hopefully we will get back sometime.

Would like to see some handles in shower and toilet for us O A Ps that as problems with our ballance other wise this was the only fault.

Stayed here many times before and will do again but this time have to mention two irritants that did not seem to exist in our previous stays... 1] the standard of our breakfast service (choice / service) was not as effective or indeed tasty as tge previous ones we have experienced. This is especially true of the "Continental" service which frankly looked both limited and of an just average quality. 2] we both felt that staffing levels were just minimal and as such both in use of the breakfast area and the bar area we often felt let down by the quality of attentiveness / service we recieved. As stated earlier, we come here often and will come back again but this visit just felt off in certain areas.

The staff were all lovely, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We checked in quite late (around 8:30 pm), but the restaurant staff were kind enough to accommodate us for dessert even though they were close to closing, which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had beautiful views overlooking the golf course. It was cleaned to a high standard every day. While the rooms aren't particularly modern, they are well maintained. There was also plenty of free parking available, which was very convenient. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Lovely room with an excellent view over the course. Surprised with the lack of a room safe. The menu for the dining room was rather limited and surprised that seasonal fruit was not available both for breakfast and dinner.

Needs an update badly. Breakfast was good.

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room we were allocated was great with a superb view of the first tee and 18th green. The restaurant and bar service were very good. The dined in the hotel restaurant in the evening and for breakfast and the food was excellent and the breakfast choice was equally as good. Overall...we shall be back!

Everything was excellent.

Excellent location. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast choices. Being a sea swimmer, I loved the easy access to small beach. The weather helped but hotel was ideal.

Upon arrival to check in we weren't informed that there was a wedding taking place that day at the hotel. Our room no 205 a family room was situated above the wedding reception venue. From about 9pm sat night the noise was noticeable from the wedding and then from 10.30pm till after midnight there were rowdy loud guests in the corridor and adjacent rooms which kept myself ,my partner and our daughter awake. We had gone away for the night for Charlotte birthday hoping to unwind and relax but this wasn't the case. We'd have had a better night's sleep if we'd stayed at home and saved myself the room fee. We have previously stayed here twice before and thoroughly enjoyed it but won't be back after the nights sleep we never got! It was a sad end to what had been a lovely day for us shopping,meal at the Ferry selkie in broughty ferry then stroll along the coast. I am thoroughly disappointed with the Carnoustie hotel after this!

All in a good trip. Family room was a bit dated but lot of space. Spa was excellent Felt the bar food was overpriced

Staffs are friendly, room are clean, golf view room are wonderful.

Good spacious rooms with great views. Staff were very helpful abd friendly. Very good parking facilities and a relaxing hotel to unwind and chill.

Staff was very friendly especially the young server in dining room very helpful Breakfast was excellent as usual plenty of choice ladies at reception when we arrived very welcoming and cheery

Just had a wonderful stay , didn’t want to leave ! The staff were 5 star ! Especially Sheryl on reception, she went the extra mile to make our stay memorable! We will definitely be back soon , loved every minute

Excellent hotel and spa. I used the massage and it was amazing. The staff were super friendly and the amenities were great. Most of all I liked how close the hotel was to the sea.

3rd visit with friends from Edinburgh who absolutely love the Hotel… staff are Amazing!! Go above and beyond…food excellent!! Spa so relaxing the day after.. Beds so comfy… didn’t want to get up!! Overall… will definitely be visiting again soon… hoping to have a 2 night break to enjoy the whole experience…😁
