We booked a Superior Double room. It was a very spacious room with a large bathroom (and a large shower cubicle). The room also had a balcony. In short, the room was perfect for us. The breakfast was very good, with a generally good variety of savoury and sweet options (although the choice was broader with sweet options than savoury ones). The hotel has a good swimming pool. We did not use the gym (it had some machines but overall the room was small and there were no mats) or the restaurant (it seemed pricey). The staff are all kind and helpful. There is good availability of free parking outside the hotel. I understand that there are some bus stops close to the hotel but we did not use public transport.

This hotel is excellent value, huge tvs in bedroom with English channels. Well located, clean and the staff are all super helpful and friendly.

Room was immaculate with comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen and towels. Hot shower and spacious, quiet room. Breakfast was exceptional really set you up for the day. Staff were brilliant both in reception and during breakfast and had maps and local information etc. Less than a minute to the local bus stop (number 47 into town, 46 return) or you can enjoy a 45 minute walk along the prom to the old town. Would stay here again.

Super Clean and simple hotel. Excellent prices and amazing tv with Chanel’s in bedroom. The beds need updating as very squeaky and uncomfortable. Otherwise this would be a 5/5 for a budget hotel.

Well received at Reception. Good, clean and well-equipped room. Parking was a bit of a nightmare, very busy and full on the road.

Great stay!

Clean and comfortable room, however the AC did not work very well so it got very warm. Mini fridge did not get very cold and was turned off completely at first. Had to pull out the entire cabinet to access the back of the fridge to turn the dial up. Even on the highest setting, it was only slightly colder than room temperature. Parking was convenient and easy, however there are not too many spaces so this could be an issue at times as there isn’t much street parking in the area. Convenient location to take the bus into Palma. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall a good stay.

Second visit to this hotel. Delightful welcome, nice clean, comfortable room. Service was great throughout, lovely breakfast, and loved just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Will definitely be back.
