Room was immaculate with comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen and towels. Hot shower and spacious, quiet room. Breakfast was exceptional really set you up for the day. Staff were brilliant both in reception and during breakfast and had maps and local information etc. Less than a minute to the local bus stop (number 47 into town, 46 return) or you can enjoy a 45 minute walk along the prom to the old town. Would stay here again.

Super Clean and simple hotel. Excellent prices and amazing tv with Chanel’s in bedroom. The beds need updating as very squeaky and uncomfortable. Otherwise this would be a 5/5 for a budget hotel.

Clean and comfortable room, however the AC did not work very well so it got very warm. Mini fridge did not get very cold and was turned off completely at first. Had to pull out the entire cabinet to access the back of the fridge to turn the dial up. Even on the highest setting, it was only slightly colder than room temperature. Parking was convenient and easy, however there are not too many spaces so this could be an issue at times as there isn’t much street parking in the area. Convenient location to take the bus into Palma. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall a good stay.

Second visit to this hotel. Delightful welcome, nice clean, comfortable room. Service was great throughout, lovely breakfast, and loved just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Will definitely be back.

property was great. The rooms were clean and the staff were great. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what was offered. Location is not bad, but you do have to drive or take public transport if you don’t want to walk far.

Very lovely accommodation, spacious with a balcony. Breakfast had a nice selection. About 4kms from the city centre, so not the closest location in terms of walking, but plenty of buses (bus no. 4, 20 & 46) taking about 22 mins, costing €2. 1.5 km walk to the awesome medieval castle "Castell de Bellver". Please note, the pool is closed during the off season.

It is a good hotel with a great pool and great staff, however the bar closes at 2:30pm which means you cannot get drinks in the afternoon which is a little bit weird. Overall satisfied
