Clean room, large with tub as well as a shower. Fireplace type item

I enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel and its historical touches. The food at the restaurant was excellent. My suggestion would be to have vending machines that use credit cards, as many people no longer carry cash. It was disappointing, when looking for an evening snack, to not be able to access them because I didn’t have cash on hand.

This is a very nice property, situated on a lake , very close to Halifax City. The staff are excellent, food was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. This Hotel/Inn has a resort feel.

Booked suite, smelled musty, very outdated Nice bed and bedding Bar is beautiful Food was good, service ok Probably wouldn’t stay again! Unless the room looked like it did on booking

Clean and Quiet location

Loved the warm and welcoming staff. I so enjoy this hotel, I pick it every time I am in the area. The setting on the lake, the balconies, the friendly staff, the historic feel make the stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

Old property that has lots of character. Needs a lot of TLC.
