Kids had a great time in the pool and arcade. Rooms were clean and quiet.

Its a great inexpensive way to have a family staycation. Nice rooms, great pool, huge hotel with lots of room to walk around on rainy days.

Friendly greeter checked me in...we were on the 2nd floor and it was hard to find a way to the pool area.....the restraunt food was good but very limited menu...over all it was a good stay

We love the pool...its a great place for kids and families.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The kids loved the pool and the hotel was very nice. It's also close to a lot of amenities and restaurants which made things convenient. The only reason it gets a 4* review is because upon arriving we found out that the slide is only open on Friday and Saturday. That was a little disappointing for the kids. Expedia didn't tell us anything about this or we would have gone up on a Saturday and stayed until Monday. Also, the hot tub was only luke warm and didn't really have jets. It definitely wasn't therapeutic or what we were hoping for as adults. Overall, we will go back because it was an enjoyable stay and we liked the hotel.

The room was bright, house keeping was a no show. Biggest negative the waterslide shown isn’t available unless you stay on the weekend even though the pool is indicated as being open until 10. Nothing on hotels.com says otherwise. When brought up the staff was very rude. The breakfast was very expensive, 50$ for two blts…. Not likely to stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Clean room, friendly staff, The coffee maker was not working. Made a cup of coffee and it was full of grounds. Did mention it at checkout

Don’t go if you have problems with chlorine because they put so much chlorine in the pool it is very strong and even when you go out on your balcony the fumes hit you. Terrible coffee maker in the room.

Best place to stay in London for family fun.

The pool area was amazing. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. It was walking distance to several take out options. Free parking is an easy and large lot.

The Hotel was great for kids. The pool is clean and open all day. Staff was friendly and the room was good.

Everything in the room is very old, and there was no notice that the waterslide was closed until we saw a sign at the check-in counter. This is my birthday trip, so I’m very disappointed. I will not stay at this hotel again.
