Room was under renovation with a portable A/C unit that was loud and not as advertised. For a full price accommodation this was disappointing to see.

Super family friendly and nice clean large rooms.

I don't usually write review's but I feel like this may help some family's. We booked this hotel for the kids to use the pool and cool slide. I have a 9 year old and a 4 year. We get there and my son was not tall enough to use the slide ( that isnt even that big) you have to be 52 inches I believe and then no one under 12 was allowed in the hot tub. The two things my kids wanted to do. I know this is just my experience but I did not know these things when I booked. The hotel was alright and if you have older/taller kids im sure it would be a good time but just beware for younger/shorter kids they will be disappointed

Very nice property. Rooms were very clean. Pool is perfect for the family.

Staff were friendly. Travelled with my 2 young children, husband and elderly parent. We were booked to stay 2 nights but left after one. The condition of the rooms that we were given was disgusting (room 103 & 107). Room 103 was worse than 107. There were lots of fruit flies and drain flies, rips in the couch and it was overall quite dirty. Even the blankets on the bed had rips on them. My children enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, the door to the atrium and the vent had been opened and the smoke from the wildfires was terrible in the atrium and we were not able stay. The staff accommodated our request for refunding our second night but in my opinion we should’ve been refunded for both nights. I think the hotel should stop renting out room 103 & 107 until they have renovated them. Especially room 103!!

Seldom do I ever give a 5 star review but this property deserves it

Great breakfast spot

Rooms were terrible. Not well maintained. The pool was great however it was also deteriorating. Showers should be available to all bathers before entering the pool. We found out later that one shower was available in the restroom.

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff was super helpful and easy with check in and out. Had lots of fun at the pool and waterside!

The room felt old, carpet was musty.

The rooms are dated and in disrepair. Our AC broke so they brought us a fan. The bathroom door would not close , carpets are frayed and torn and room smells musty. This is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $316 a night !!! The only good thing to report is the restaurant: good food and priced well

Old dirty rooms, water slide only for older children. Not clean

Only issue was getting woke up at 6:30am for a false fire alarm, no clear instructions

Our room was not ready when we checked in at 5:30pm. I booked one of the newer rooms and ended up not getting that.
