Staff was so helpful and kind

Too bad I did not get the check in staff's name. She is very helpful and friendly. All my requests are met. Good breakfast and clean too. Will definitely stay here again.

Every time I stay at this hotel, I like it more and more the breakfast is delicious. The refreshing drink in the lobby is a fantastic idea even when I went to use the coffee machine and they no longer had a hot chocolate option. The front desk clerk gave me keurig cups with hot chocolate. It’s the little things that make us stay here fabulous plus location, location, location.

We had a great stay, and an amazing evening at the restaurant (best server), and the pianist at the bar was so lovely. What a great jem Lake Louis!

It’s a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The price was well worth it and it has easy access to Victoria. The breakfast was also quite good. Highly recommend!
