After traveling by 2 planes and waiting for 90 minutes in the public boat at Venice airport, we finally arrived by the boat to our hotel. No “hello” no “how are you” no “Ciao”. Nothing. The man at the front was an older gentleman. Bald. Beard. Glasses. All he said was “passports” he was rude. Short. Very bad temper. It was so bad that my family who stayed at a different hotel came over the next day and sat in the lobby and were astonished by how rude this front desk person was. My family had a great expirience at their hotel and recommended that they should take him to their hotel so he could learn from the workers at their hotel. He’s the face of the company. First face we see after entering. Learn some manners and kindness. Hotel was small. Per usual in Europe. What I won’t understand is also no irons. NONE? It’s illegal to use them. They charge €8-€20 per piece of clothing. For me and my wife to go out we would pay at least €40 per outfit. People are coming from all over the world and you charge them per clothing? Hotel is OLD. Up charge for everything. We had to go across town to my family’s hotel to use their hotel iron in order to iron clothes. Rialto is an inconvenienced. Also breakfast was so mid. 5/10. Basic. Not fresh. Would never stay here again. Horrible front desk. Horrible atmosphere. Ironing clothes costs money in 2026. Breakfast bad. Don’t stay here

Great location and very helpful staff, although old hotel and lots of stairs and halls as various buildings are attached.

You couldn't get a better location than this property. Just a few steps from the Rialto bridge. In the middle of everything. The breakfast was amazing and the view from our room overlooked the bridge. It was awesome. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.

Our rooms were absolutely fabulous. The views (we made sure to reserve a room with a view) were incredible during both day and night. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. There was a coffee machine and small kitchen in our rooms. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage while continuing to explore Venice. We were able to do an excursion to Murano via the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, however I didn’t find the staff there very friendly. Also, the bathroom for usage outside of your room/after you check out was not as clean as I would have expected.

Older hotel but spacious and maintained well. Slight smoke smell in the room, probably due to older carpets or tapestries/curtains.

Location is perfect if you want to be central, right in the thick of the action. Easy access through the water bus.

Location - amazing. There is public transportation, dining, shopping, everything right there. Easy walk to St. Mark’s square. Accommodations - clean, lovely, air conditioning Breakfast (included) was quite impressive. Highly recommend.

Rooms were very clean and we loved the decor! It was a great place for our mom and daughter trip!

Hotel has the best location right at the foot of the Rialto Bridge with close proximity to everywhere. Hotel is nice and friendly staff. Only thing is breakfast needs improvement and most hot foods were cold

we spent 3 nights at the hotel! staff was exceptional and went out of there way to help answer questions we had!!! the property was boutique type hotel and was meant to hold the old school Venice charm!!! our only two issues were the bed was hard and we blew a breaker when my wife tried to use the inroom coffee maker! i have parkinson’s disease! and the staff made sure i was safe and help manage our luggage! big shout out to all the people of italy! they were very friendly and willing to help at the drop off hat

The hotel is a little older, including the furniture in the room. I had a beautiful view of the river, and the staff helped with getting my bags into the room - as their elevators and stairs are a bit tricky to navigate. It was great for a one night stay, The evening concierge was a true gem, He was extremely helpful in explaining how the taxis worked and just a very sweet guy. I had to check out before the breakfast hours began, and he offered to prep me a quick to-go baggy so that I would still be able to have something to eat before my next journey. Loved that! It was a sweet little gesture that made the stay there all worth it.

This hotel is PERFECT location to the hustle and bustle of what is classic Venice. A fun and unique property made up of several buildings. The AC blows really cold and the room was very clean. The water bus stop is right in front and so are gondolier stand is across the canal on the other side. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Venice!

An older hotel but a fantastic location. Breakfast is good.

Great location, right next to Rialto bridge, Hard Rock shop and Gondolier station (they are quite expensive €110 for about 25 mins, that's not the hotels fault though). Only 2 minor complaints. No PowerPoint at the side of the bed and the shower was not the best I've ever had. I would like to add special thanks to the porter who helped us when we arrived after I cut my finger quite badly on a razorblade in my bag.
