The hotel was centrally located adjacent to the Rialto bridge crossing the grand canal. It made the entire city very walkable. Hotel staff were very friendly- overall an excellent experience.

Clean rooms, wonderful staff. Be advised rooms facing the Rialto bridge can be subjected to quite a bit of noise from the street.

We found the Staff very polite very helpful every morning we came down they wished us good morning. They made us stay all the more enjoyable. The young staff in the breakfast area were also very helpful and very polite

Room was cleaned daily, spotless and updated for an older building, bed was comfortable and view of the canal out the window was special. Check in was pleasant, porter to take luggage to our room, elevator for the higher floors was convenient, restaurant and bar on site served excellent food.

Loved the hotel! The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but it was enough for me since I was traveling solo. There is breakfast available and transportation right in front of the hotel. Tons of shops nearby and easy to walk to other locations. If going to the train station by walking, expect around 4-5 different stairs, and the rest is flat ground.

This hotel is amazing. Location was amazing. My room is small and I didn’t have many stuff that I brought with me so it was perfect. If you have big luggage it could be a problem. Also shower space is small not for heavy set people.
