extremely well located with shops in close vicinity. The Costco warehouse at 5 minutes. In same plaza we came across a breakfast boulangerie store which we fell in love with...like spending mornings in Paris. Montrealers are well nurtured, hospitable people. Despite the cold temperature we found the chateau as a gem beside the busy highway. Was so pleasant to finish the day with a trip at the spa where the steam room removed the cold from our bones and prpared us for a wonderful sleep

The hotels and room was wonderful.

Both TV’s would constantly freeze (lag) I’m guessing due to poor signal. Too frustrating to relax and watch hockey game. I was told if it continued I can change rooms but I was already settled in for the evening I switched to my personal cell data. No compensation was offered. Would not go back. There are other options in the area.

The room was spotless and the staff super friendly, courteous and helpful. Overall the chateau exceeded our expectations. We would love to stay again, next time in a warmer month so we might enjoy the lovely grounds.

The staff was absolutely amazing, food was great, but there is a little gap under the door , the light to the hallway was coming through, we could hear everyone in the hallway up until 2am, people were talking and laughing extremely loud and we could hear the people in the room beside us puking and being loud, for the price I’d expect the rooms to be a little more insulated.
