Lovely hotel with great staff

I was very disappointed with the food and the difficulty of my account, the food was not very good as you didn't have a great variety and no fridge in the room which meant I couldn't keep any of my food fresh

A very poor standard of rooms, no fridge, no AC, no bath, 1 lamp between the beds bright orange stain on the carpet. This place should never be included in the Celti Collection

The room was clean but a few issues I found brown marks on the door frame of the bathroom maybe make up ? Also on the table there was stain drink cup marking and the shower glass has all marks on it there was cobwebs around lamps and bedside lampshades was dusty dirty and marked and one lamp didn’t work. The staff was lovely very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely shame there was no tomato’s and only fault was the orange juice was warm. And staff was a bit slow at putting new fruit and bread out. Parking was fine but said the car park was full when there was many spaces. My only issue was as check out time and check in time because if your staying for one night your not getting a full 24 hours at the hotel to enjoy it. And due to the England game being on it was a late night. Check out should be change or at least check in so your able to enjoy the hotel

Lovely hotel, friendly and clean

The property and room were clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff were helpful and personable, they couldn't have done more to make our stay relaxing and stress free.

Lots of unexpected costs on arrival. £20 per day parking charge. £50 deposit for incidentals. I find this very frustrating.

Rooms were clean, well appointed and were massive. The wardrobe being situated in the bathroom is a little odd. The parking is charged at £13 per night so quite pricey. Breakfast good, bar area nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little dated but with good facilities. Two things let it down. The room on the ground floor had no aircon on the hottest day of the year. The windows can barely open and let any fresh air and provide no privacy. Finally, there is an unacceptable and very expensive charge for the car park. Overall, not a pleasant stay and poor value for money.

Staff were very helpful when I arrived. Room was clean and health club was a very nice plus. Would recommend
