It was very breezy being right off of the water in the middle of March but the hotel staff was amazing, The Mall in the little Square had the best coffee and a cheese shop with crackers and a bunch of other stuff as well as a library. I enjoyed the holographic door covers and the well-maintained grounds with beautiful staircases and wood. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable with a great view period really enjoyed my stay we should wear longer period it was Central to pretty much everything I needed to do as well. Lovely hotel! Great staff!

The design of this hotel is so beautiful and the food in the restaurant was amazing! Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Interesting decor.in this historic hotel. Reception was very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed an excellently prepared 3 course dinner with wine pairings in the restaurant. Breakfast offered many choices. Overall great experience.

My favourite hotel in Sweden, 3rd time we have stayed - gets better with every visit

Very good hotel and very good located för visit this part of the town. Very nice walk along the river and places to eat every where around the hotel. The decoration is nice but too dark.

Lovely ambience, great room. Cool design. We had a nice view of park and river. Bed was comfortable. Only con is they had ambient lighting in the windows. Obviously thought out by som architect to make it look cool from outside, not thinking about people sleePing in room. We got some plates to cover them second night. Worked. But they really should install a switch so guests can turn off

Väldigt nöjd! Sviten vi bodde i var rymlig, mini baren var välfylld och det fanns riktiga glas inte plast. Sängen var bekväm. Men frukost var verkligen Toppen! Bröd, pålägg, våfflor, sallad- ingen massproduktion, inte massor som läggs fram, men stor variation och väldigt bra kvalitet. Frukost personal var uppmärksamma och närvarande. Det såg ut att de gillar sitt arbete. Varm rekommender!

Härligt hotell med fin interiör.

Frukosten är fantastisk, badrummen pyttesmå och sängarna bekväma. Nöjd kund som kommer tillbaka. Ska man förbereda sig för att gå ut på galej är badrummet, handfat och spegel alldeles för små enligt mitt tycke. Läget är centralt och bra och frukosten är som sagt fantastisk och personalen trevlig.

Problematiskt att parkera i Umeå om man har en bil som är över 2.05 m. Väldigt rent och fint rum men väldigt trångt. Vi var inte beredda på att rummet skulle vara så litet. Sängen var också mindre än förväntat. Väldigt trångt i barummet och dålig belysning.

Bra med varmgarage (parkering) i samma byggnad. God frukost. Nackdel: första rummet vi blev tilldelade var oerhört lyhört både mot korridor, reception samt ut mot gatan. Personalen var hjälpsamma och ordnade nytt tystare rum.
