Our room had a strange smell, possibly from a cleaning product or something but it was kind of overwhelming, and they immediately gave us a different room which was wonderful. It's a really cool spot, safe and conveniently close to shopping and plenty of restaurants as well as the gothic quarter. Also not too far of a walk to the beach.

Room had mold and hallway had smell on 4th floor. Room had mold on desk by the minifridge. Minifridge leaking. Room had black mold for AC vent and half of AC vent was filthy. Shower did leak some. Staff were friendly. Good location. Room top pool was nice. Just terrible room. :(

Great hotel & staff

The property is in a great location. Unfortunately we had a situation where the shower was broken and uninhabitable. Instead of helping us, the staff offered minimal support. Without the shower issue, this would have been a 4 star stay. Good room, great location.

We enjoyed our couple of nights stay here, location was brilliant and staff were helpful, we enjoyed the bar and rooftop pool as well

The bald middle aged gentleman with glasses, whose name I regretfully didn't catch, was wonderfully helpful and personable, I can't say enough good about him. Room was as expected and clean. Only two complaints - unable to leave bags, I arrived a bit before check in and it was "full", and I saw this happen to others checking in/out at multiple different times. Second, when I went to check out a handful of minibar items that I did not touch had been attributed to my room (was ultimately not charged, but they certainly were not mine as I barely even laid eyes on the minibar much less touched it).

Excellent hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location and very good breakfast.

What a great little hotel. As a frequent traveller i only wish i’d found this hotel before. Great location, friendly & accommodating staff and very clean and comfortable. A great find!

Lovely hotel in great location! Room was large and bed comfy. Quiet area. We had one issue in that the bathroom door would not close and despite up reminding them each morning it never got fixed. Breakfast buffet was fabulous - lots of choice and delicious. There’s a mini frig safe and coffee maker in the room but even the coffee pods are about $2 each. Bus to Park Guell across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Great location clean friendly staff

The only issue we had was that we had difficulty getting service from the bar.

The fridge was overly stocked. Breakfast was worth 15 euro. They let us check in very early, it was so appreciated and made our stay much more convenient. The rooftop terrace was nice.

I will definitely stay there again. Great facility, clean, modern rooms. Breakfast on site for a fee. Location is perfect for doing the hop on hop off tourist bus and walking around exploring and dining. Special shout out to Xavier, the amazing front desk clerk who answered so many questions, stored our luggage for us, was so efficient, personable and friendly!

My daughter (8) and I stayed for a little getaway. Great location, very helpful staff, breakfast selections were amazing. It was a little annoying that the coffee pods in the room were charged however coffee supplied with breakfast. The cleanliness in the room however was below par, behind the tv was a cloud of dust, the shower was a little grime around the seals, sink needs a good clean underneath and under the beds need a good sweep and mop. Aside from the cleaning standards it’s a good 3 star and the Michelin star restaurant was very good. A little too fancy for kids but great for me!
