It was a nice spacious 2 bedroom room, felt like an apartment. It was nice wish we were staying longer

Upon arrival our room had no bar soap for the bathroom and no conditioner, also when we arrived we were informed the water was down and when it came on we had to run all the taps as the water was coming out brown

Great staying for the Stampede, the gym was only okay, sauna didnt work. But a nice hotel overall, very central.

No restaurant, although the area within 3 or 4 blocks provided a huge variety of dining options and bars. The morning self-serve breakfast was fine. Hot servings, good coffee. Eating area was crowded though after 7:30 or so.

A great place to stay in Calgary. Close to restaurants and shopping. Having a kitchenette is a great asset when traveling with a family!

I didn't ask or need a lower floor accessible room but was given one. It was fine but weird and not comfortable, especially the shower. And what if someone who was not able came in after me and needed it? An odd choice.

It was excellent. We were able to check in a little earlier than we thought. Room was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was more than we were expecting.

The duvet/comforter on bed was ragged and terrible

A bit older and could use some upgrades, but quiet and clean. Staff were great and breakfast was good!

Everything was great...staff were very friendly and helpful...we had 3 women in our room ...did have to request for extra toilet tissue and coffee...otherwise everything was great. Will stay there again.
